Соціально-психологічні особливості досягнення порозуміння в сім’ях демобілізованих військовослужбовців

Abstract

У сучасних реаліях війни, яка змінила життя мільйонів українців, все більшої значущості набувають питання соціально-психологічної підтримки військовослужбовців та їхніх родин. Повернення з війни – це не лише фізичне повернення до домівки, але й складний процес психологічної та соціальної реінтеграції. Для багатьох військових особисті стосунки після демобілізації стають справжнім випробуванням, адже війна залишає глибокий слід не лише в серці солдата, а й у серці його родини. Сім’я, з одного боку, є ресурсом підтримки, а з іншого – вразливою системою, яка зазнає суттєвих змін під впливом розлуки, стресу, тривоги та незнання, як поводитись із близькою людиною, що повернулась з бойових дій. Саме тому дослідження соціально-психологічного механізму досягнення порозуміння між подружжям після демобілізації є актуальним, науково значущим і суспільно необхідним. Актуальність теми дослідження зумовлена масштабними соціальними й психологічними викликами, які постали перед українським суспільством в умовах повномасштабної війни. Після тривалого перебування в зоні бойових дій військовослужбовці повертаються до мирного життя, де на них чекає не лише процес особистісної адаптації, а й відновлення сімейних стосунків, які зазнали змін або руйнування. Саме сім’я стає тією ключовою опорою, що сприяє реабілітації особистості військового, але водночас вона також потребує підтримки через накопичений стрес, відчуження та порушення емоційного контакту. Наукова новизна: уточнено зміст поняття порозуміння у специфічному контексті післявоєнної адаптації; виявлено соціально-психологічні чинники, що сприяють або перешкоджають формуванню порозуміння у сім’ях демобілізованих військових; розроблено практичні рекомендації покращення комунікації сімей демобілізованих військовослужбовців.EN : The work is presented on 79 pages of printed text, contains 4 appendices. In the modern realities of the war, which changed the lives of millions of Ukrainians, the issues of socio-psychological support of servicemen and their families are becoming increasingly important. Returning from war is not only a physical return home, but also a complex process of psychological and social reintegration. For many soldiers, personal relationships after demobilization become a real test, because the war leaves a deep mark not only in the heart of the soldier, but also in the heart of his family. The family, on the one hand, is a resource of support, and on the other hand, a vulnerable system that undergoes significant changes under the influence of separation, stress, anxiety and not knowing how to behave with a loved one who has returned from hostilities. That is why the study of the socio-psychological mechanism of achieving understanding between spouses after demobilization is relevant, scientifically significant and socially necessary. The relevance of the research topic is due to the large-scale social and psychological challenges that faced Ukrainian society in the conditions of a full-scale war. After a long stay in the combat zone, servicemen return to peaceful life, where they are faced not only with the process of personal adaptation, but also with the restoration of family relationships that have undergone changes or destruction. It is the family that becomes the key support that contributes to the rehabilitation of the military person, but at the same time it also needs support due to accumulated stress, alienation and disruption of emotional contact. Scientific novelty: the content of the concept of understanding in the specific context of post-war adaptation has been clarified; socio-psychological factors that contribute to or hinder the formation of understanding in the families of demobilized military personnel have been identified; practical recommendations for improving communication between families of demobilized military personnel have been developed.
