Abstract

Мета дослідження: виявлення основних проблем та перешкод у діяльності фахівців державної служби зайнятості щодо соціальної адаптації внутрішньо переміщених осіб, а також розробка рекомендацій для підвищення ефективності їхньої роботи. Об’єкт дослідження: діяльність фахівців державної служби зайнятості, спрямована на соціальну адаптацію внутрішньо переміщених осіб. Предмет дослідження: проблеми та перешкоди, що виникають у процесі соціальної адаптації внутрішньо переміщених осіб, а також методи та засоби, які використовуються фахівцями державної служби зайнятості для їх подолання. Методи дослідження: теоретичні: аналіз наукових джерел, синтез, систематизація, класифікація та узагальнення; емпіричні: анкетування, інтерв’ю, аналіз документації обласного центру зайнятості. Теоретичне значення: уточнено сутність понять «соціальна адаптація», «внутрішньо переміщені особи»; визначено фактори, що впливають на соціальну адаптацію внутрішньо переміщених осіб; виявлено та систематизовано основні проблеми і перешкоди, з якими стикаються фахівці державної служби зайнятості у процесі роботи з ВПО. Матеріали дослідження можуть бути використані у діяльності соціальних працівників, волонтерів та інших фахівців, які працюють з внутрішньо переміщеними особами.EN : The qualification work consists of an introduction, 2 sections, findings, a list of references (54 items, 3 of them in a foreign language), 3 appendices on 9 pages. The aim of the study: to identify the main problems and obstacles in the activities of state employment service specialists regarding the social adaptation of internally displaced persons, as well as to develop recommendations for improving the efficiency of their work. The research object – the activities of specialists of the state employment service aimed at the social adaptation of internally displaced persons. The research subject – problems and obstacles arising in the process of social adaptation of internally displaced persons, as well as methods and means used by specialists of the state employment service to overcome them. The tasks of the qualification work: 1) to characterize the basic concepts related to the social adaptation of internally displaced persons; 2) to reveal the peculiarities of the process of social adaptation of internally displaced persons; 3) determine the role of the state employment service in the process of social adaptation of internally displaced persons; 4) to analyze the activities of specialists of the state employment service on social adaptation of internally displaced persons; 5) to identify the main problems and obstacles faced by specialists of the state employment service in the process of social adaptation of internally displaced persons; 6) develop recommendations for improving the work of employment service specialists in the field of social adaptation of internally displaced persons. Research methods: theoretical: analysis of scientific sources, synthesis, systematization, classification and generalization; empirical: questionnaires, interviews, analysis of documentation of the regional employment center. The section 1 “Theoretical and methodological principles of social adaptation of internally displaced persons” the essence of the basic concepts of the study is defined, the peculiarities of the social adaptation of internally displaced persons are considered, the role of the state employment service in the social adaptation of internally displaced persons is revealed. The section 2 “Experimental study of the activities of state employment service specialists on social adaptation of internally displaced persons” the activity of specialists of the state employment service on social adaptation of internally displaced persons was analyzed, problems and obstacles in the activity of specialists of the state employment service on social adaptation of internally displaced persons were identified, recommendations were made to improve the activity of specialists of the state employment service on social adaptation of internally displaced persons. Research materials can be used in the activities of social workers, volunteers and other professionals who work with internally displaced persons.
