Ефективне управління є важливим чинником розвитку Української держави і подолання кризових явищ як у економіці, так і в суспільно-політичному житті. Організація менеджменту має вирішальне значення, оскільки прогрес країни в цілому та успіх будь-якої конкретної діяльності значною мірою залежать від ефективного управління. Сучасна складність економічних, технологічних і політичних відносин вимагає від менеджерів не лише глибоких знань та професійної підготовки, а й особистісних якостей та особливої кваліфікації в галузі управління – конкретної практичної діяльності, пов’язаної з ухваленням рішень, вмінням раціонально використовувати різноманітні ресурси, несенням відповідальності за результати професійної діяльності. Характер роботи менеджера визначається через реалізацію його функцій, головною з яких є інтеграція системи керування в єдину структуру, координація дій різних її складових, забезпечення єдності і структурності системи управління в цілому. В умовах розвитку вітчизняної економіки вагоме значення мають трудові ресурси аграрних підприємств. У зв’язку з цим особливої актуальності набуває дослідження особистості менеджера аграрного підприємства, його особистісно-професійних якостей, пошуку нових підходів до організації управління, які б відповідали не лише сьогоденню, а й майбутньому розвитку. Наукова новизна дослідження полягають у тому, що розроблено модель особистісно-професійних якостей менеджера аграрного підприємства; виявлено та досліджено специфіку особистісно-професійних якостей менеджера аграрного підприємства як інтегрального утворення; розширено, уточнено та доповнено вивчення наступних особистісних утворень: лідерські якості, організаторські здібності, стилі управління, здатність до ухвалення рішень; набуло подальшого розвитку вивчення особистісно-професійних якостей суб’єкта праці.EN : The work is presented on 97 pages of printed text, contains 5 figures, 4 tables. The modern complexity of economic, technological and political relations requires managers not only deep knowledge and professional training, but also personal qualities and special qualifications in the field of management - specific practical activities related to decision-making, the ability to rationally use various resources, and taking responsibility for the results of professional activity. The nature of the manager's work is determined by the implementation of his functions, the main of which is the integration of the management system into a single structure, coordination of the actions of its various components, ensuring the unity and structurality of the management system as a whole. In the conditions of development of the domestic economy, labor resources of agricultural enterprises are of great importance. In this regard, the study of the personality of the manager of an agricultural enterprise, his personal and professional qualities, the search for new approaches to the organization of management, which would correspond not only to the present, but also to the future development, is of particular relevance. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the fact that a model of the personal and professional qualities of the manager of an agricultural enterprise has been developed; the specificity of the personal and professional qualities of the manager of an agricultural enterprise as an integral formation has been identified and studied; the study of the following personal formations has been expanded, clarified and supplemented: leadership qualities, organizational skills, management styles, decision-making ability; the study of the personal and professional qualities of the subject of labor has been further developed.
