Соціально-педагогічна інтеграція внутрішньо переміщених осіб в умовах сьогодення

Abstract

UA : Об’єкт дослідження: соціальна робота з внутрішньо переміщеними особами в умах військової агресії. Предмет дослідження: зміст, форми та напрямки існуючої практики соціальної роботи з інтеграції внутрішньо переміщених осіб до приймаючих громад. Мета дослідження: аналіз теоретичних, нормативно-правових засад соціальної роботи з внутрішньо переміщеними особами, відповідного вітчизняного та міжнародного досвіду соціальної інтеграції для визначення напрямків оптимізації цієї роботи. Методи дослідження: аналіз соціологічної, психологічної, педагогічної, зокрема соціально-педагогічної, літератури та нормативно-правових документів для узагальнення теоретичних підходів щодо соціальної роботи з внутрішньо переміщеними особами та аналіз інституційних змін. Теоретичне значення роботи полягає в обґрунтуванні особливостей соціально-педагогічної адаптації та інтеграції внутрішньо переміщених осіб, узагальненні рекомендацій щодо оптимізації форм та методів інтеграції внутрішньо переміщених осіб. Практичне значення роботи полягає у тому, що теоретичні та практичні матеріали кваліфікаційної роботи можуть бути використані у практичній діяльності соціальних працівників, фахівців установ соціального захисту, органів місцевого самоврядування, волонтерських організацій. Галузь використання: установи соціального захисту, органи місцевого самоврядування.EN : The qualification work consists of an introduction, 3 parts, conclusions, and a list literature (71 items). The military invasion of the Russian Federation caused a large-scale crisis of forced displacement of the population and a significant humanitarian crisis in the modern history of Ukraine. A significant number of people are forced to leave their places of residence and become forced migrants, but all of them need socio-pedagogical support in order to successfully adapt to their new places of residence. This is a new challenge for our country, therefore it is important to understand how to optimally organize the process of socio-psychological adaptation and further integration of such persons into a full fledged life in a new social environment in the conditions of war. The purpose of the study: analysis of the theoretical, regulatory and legal foundations of social work with internally displaced persons, relevant national and international experience of social integration to determine directions for optimization of this work. The research tasks: 1. Define the essence and meaning of the concept of "internally displaced person" as socio-pedagogical phenomenon. 2. To analyze the regulatory and legal foundations of social work with the category of internally displaced persons. 3. To investigate the current state of social work with internally displaced persons who suffered as a result of military operations, to analyze shortcomings and difficulties. 4. Determine directions for optimizing the integration processes of internally displaced persons who suffered as a result of military operations. The object of the study: social work with internally displaced persons in the minds of military aggression. The subject of the study: the content, forms and directions of the existing practice of social work on the integration of internally displaced persons into host communities. Part 1. «Internally displaced persons as a social problem as a result of military actions in Ukraine» the essence of the concept of "internally displaced person" was determined, the legislation on social work with internally displaced persons and the specifics of assessing the needs of internally displaced persons were adopted. Part 2. "Scientific and theoretical approaches to the problems of social integration of internally displaced persons" reveals the theoretical principles of social adaptation and integration of internally displaced persons to a new social environment and approaches to creating conditions for social integration of these persons. Part 3 "The current state and overcoming obstacles to the social integration of internally displaced persons" reveals the peculiarities of the social adaptation of internally displaced persons in Ukraine based on the results of sociological research, provides an analysis of the institutional levels at which social assistance to internally displaced persons takes place, and ways to overcome obstacles on the way to social integration of internally displaced persons. The results of the research can be used in the practical activities of social workers, specialists of social protection institutions, local self-government bodies, volunteer organizations.
