Abstract
EN : The work is presented on 82 pages of printed text, contains 9 tables, 10 figures. The list of references includes 62 sources. The object of the study is the psychological characteristics of a cancer patient. The full-scale military operations of February 24, 2022 on the territory of Ukraine have become an incredible test for our entire society. The constant alarming information overload with terrible events, fears, expectations of danger, the social crisis of internal displacement of the most affected population, escape from occupation, artillery and missile attacks, the concentration and preservation of negative experiences and emotions, etc. continue to affect both the physical and mental health of all people. Individuals with pre-existing complex somatic pathologies, in particular with oncological diseases, are especially vulnerable to changes in their psycho-emotional state. Their psycho-emotional state has already undergone significant destructive effects due to the fight against a complex pathology, and today's challenges continue to deepen negative trends in their psycho-emotional state. It is well known that the effectiveness of a patient's fight against cancer depends not only on adequately selected treatment, but also on the psycho-emotional state. Therefore, studying the features of the psycho-emotional state of cancer patients at different stages of the disease is an important task, the solution of which will contribute to creating conditions for improving the psycho-emotional state of people with cancer, reducing emotional burnout, which is associated with the characteristics of the disease and treatment. This led to the choice of the topic of scientific research. The scientific novelty lies in the development and implementation of a program for psychological correction of the psycho-emotional state of cancer patients at different stages of the disease.
