Abstract
EN : The work is presented on 60 pages, printed text, 1 figure, 5 tables, 6 appendices. The list of references includes 44 sources. The object of the study: social development of children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). The relevance of the study is due to the rapid growth in the number of children with diagnosed autism spectrum disorders in Ukraine and the world, as well as the acute social demand for their full integration into the educational space and society. The problem of developing social skills in children with ASD is especially critical in preschool age, since this period is sensitive for the formation of basic forms of communication, self-regulation skills and social behavior, which directly affects the child's further school adaptation and quality of life. In the context of modern inclusive transformations, there is an urgent need for in-depth study of the psychological mechanisms of social deficiency in ASD and the development of scientifically based psychocorrectional programs that take into account the individual variability of the child's development. Scientific novelty: knowledge about the specifics of the relationship between the individual psychological characteristics of a child with ASD (level of cognitive development, sensory sensitivity, type of attachment) and the success of their mastery of social skills has been deepened and systematized. A set of psychological criteria that determine the readiness of a child with ASD for social interaction in a preschool setting has been identified and scientifically substantiated.
