Abstract
EN : The work consists of 79 pages, 69 references, 30 appendices. Conflicts in small businesses are a natural part of organizational life. They arise due to a combination of work duties, personal traits of employees and external factors and can be both destructive and constructive. The features of small businesses - a small team, high interdependence and the absence of formalized procedures - make conflicts more noticeable and rapid in development. Most often, conflicts arise due to an uneven distribution of responsibilities, misunderstandings in communication, differences in communication styles and the emotional state of the team. Employees mainly resolve conflicts informally, through personal conversations, but the lack of clear rules and procedures often leads to repeated misunderstandings and additional emotional stress.
