Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 127 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 29 таблиць, 19 рисунків, 9 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 74 джерела, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є організаційно-економічні процеси оптимізації механізму управління грошовими потоками на підприємстві АТ «Мотор Січ». Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних засад та прикладних проблем, пов’язаних із організацією процесу оптимізації механізму управління грошовими потоками підприємства. Метою роботи є аналіз та поглиблення теоретико-методологічних засад і розроблення практичних рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення механізму управління грошовими потоками на підприємстві АТ «Мотор Січ». Завдання: 1) визначити сутність та значення грошових потоків в діяльності підприємства; 2) провести аналіз економічних показників діяльності підприємства; 3) розробити заходи щодо вдосконалення механізму управління грошовими потоками підприємства. Методи досліджень: діалектичний метод пізнання, системний, комплексний та структурно-функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз, методи дедукції та індукції, аналізу та синтезу, логічний метод. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) досліджено роль та значення грошових потоків в діяльності підприємства; 2) визначено підходи щодо оцінювання ефективності управління грошовими потоками підприємства; 3) розроблено рекомендації щодо удосконалення управління грошовими потоками підприємства; 4) удосконалено механізм управління грошовими потоками підприємства. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Пропозиції щодо оптимізації механізму управління грошовими потоками підприємства можуть бути використані в його практичній діяльності.EN : The work is presented on 127 pages of printed text, contains 29 tables, 19 figures, 9 annex. The list of referеnces includes 74 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of study is organizational and economic processes of optimization of the cash flow management mechanism at the enterprise at the JSC «Motor Sich». The subject of the study is a set of theoretical principles and applied problems related to the organization of the optimization process of the cash flow management mechanism of the enterprise. The purpose of the work is the analysis and deepening of theoretical and methodological principles and development of practical recommendations for improving the mechanism of cash flow management at the JSC «Motor Sich». Tasks: 1) determine the essence and value of cash flows in the enterprise; 2) conduct an analysis of the economic indicators of the enterprise; 3) develop measures to improve the cash flow management mechanism of the enterprise. Methods of research: a systematic approach to the study of economic events and processes. During research performance scientific methods of cognition were used: methods of induction and deduction, terminological analysis and comparison, calculation methods, theoretical generalization; cause-effect relationship methods, abstract-logical method and logical method. The results obtained and their novelty: 1) the role and significance of cash flows in the activity of the enterprise was investigated; 2) approaches to assessing the effectiveness of the enterprise’s cash flow management are defined; 3) recommendations on improving the management of cash flows of the enterprise were developed; 4) the cash flow management mechanism of the enterprise has been improved. Practical significance of the obtained results. Suggestions for optimizing the cash flow management mechanism of the enterprise can be used in its practical activities. The significance of the results of the master’s qualification work is that the results of the study are aimed at assessing the company’s cash flows and ensuring the improvement of their management efficiency and can be implemented in the practice of other industrial enterprises. The results of the study can be used by managers of industrial enterprises to develop effective management solutions for optimizing the cash flow management mechanism, which will allow optimizing their production activities, since insufficiently effective management of cash flows can lead to a lack of funds for the development of production at enterprises, violation of liquidity and insolvency, deterioration of relations with counterparties, unjustified use of additional loan funds.
