Особливості легування сталі кальцієм та магнієм з використанням технології ВЕЛР

Abstract

UA : Досліджено можливість легування сталей 12MnSi4-3, 30MnSi4-3, 9MnSi6-3 та 35CrSiMn5-5-4 лужноземельними металами за технологією вторинного електротермічного легування та рафінування сталі (ВЕЛР). Розглянуті характеристики поведінки лужноземельних металів, що залежать від зміни питомого заряду шлаку при високому тиску. Підтверджено практичне значення даної теми роботи в металургійній галузі.EN : Applying secondary electrothermal alloying and steel refining (SEAR) technology, the analysis and correction of alkaline earth metals in 12MnSi4-3, 30MnSi4-3, 9MnSi6-3, and 35CrSiMn5-5-4 steels were completed. It is considered that the peculiarities of the behavior of alkaline earth metals depend on the specific charge of the slag. The practical application significance of this topic in the metallurgical industry is confirmed.
