Психолого-педагогічне забезпечення професійної соціалізації учнів з особливими потребами в умовах спеціального закладу освіти

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 68 с., 8 таблиць, 63 джерела. Мета дослідження: підвищення ефективності підготовки учнів з особливим потребами до самостійного життя в процесі забезпечення професійної соціалізації в умовах спеціального закладу освіти шляхом розроблення системи роботи, спрямованої на формування професійних компетентностей. Об’єкт дослідження: процес забезпечення соціалізації учнів з особливими потребами. Предмет дослідження: педагогічні умови і методичні прийоми забезпечення професійної соціалізації в учнів з особливими потребами в спеціальному закладі освіти. Методи дослідження: аналіз загальної і спеціальної психолого педагогічної літератури; вивчення продуктів діяльності школярів; спостереження; бесіда; опитування (інтерв’ю, анкетування); вивчення шкільної документації; вивчення передового педагогічного досвіду; констатувальний і формувальний експеримент; якісний і кількісний аналіз даних дослідження методом математичної статистики. Теоретичне значення роботи полягає у поглибленні наукових знань щодо професійної соціалізації учнів з особливими потребами як їхньої основи підготовки до самостійного життя. Практичне значення цієї роботи полягає в отриманні даних щодо особливостей професійної соціалізації учнів з особливими потребами; визначенні корекційно-розвивальної програми, спрямованої на формування в них професійних компетентностей, що може використовуватися в навчально виховному процесі спеціальних загальноосвітніх шкіл з метою підвищення ефективності соціального становлення, соціалізації взагалі дітей зазначеної категорії на підставі врахування їх індивідуально-психологічних особливостей та психофізичних можливостей. Галузь використання: спеціальні заклади освіти (шкільні, реабілітаційні), загальноосвітні заклади, заклади з інклюзивною формою навчання.EN : The qualification paper consists of 3 sections and 63 literary sources. Preparing students for independent living, and in this context improving the work of a special educational institution in terms of socialization-primarily professional-becomes especially significant for children with special needs. Their integration into society directly depends on the success of their professional and labor activities, the level of development of labor skills, and adequate professional self-determination. This process occurs only as a result of specially organized education and upbringing. The formation of professional perceptions in students with special needs is a key direction of corrective work aimed at preparing these students for independent living. This substantiates the inclusion of this issue among the pressing problems in modern psychology and pedagogy. Purpose of the research: to increase the effectiveness of preparing students with special needs for independent living by ensuring professional socialization within a special educational institution through the development of a system of work aimed at forming professional competencies. Object of the research: the process of ensuring the socialization of students with special needs. Subject of the research: pedagogical conditions and methodological techniques for ensuring professional socialization of students with special needs in a special educational institution. Research tasks: 1. To analyze psychological and pedagogical literature related to the stated problem. 2. To develop a methodology for identifying the peculiarities of professional socialization among students with special needs. 3. To design and experimentally test a corrective and developmental program for ensuring professional socialization among students with special needs in a special educational institution. 4. To provide methodological recommendations for improving the effectiveness of professional socialization of students with special needs in a special educational institution. Section 1 “The problem of socialization of students with special needs as a basis for their preparation for independent living”, outlines the theoretical foundations of key concepts related to the problem of socialization (its essence and main factors), as well as the peculiarities of professional socialization and professional self-determination of students in special schools. Section 2 “Peculiarities of professional socialization of students with special needs in the context of their preparation for independent living”, presents the methodology and results of the ascertaining stage of the research. It analyzes the specific features of professional socialization in students with special needs and emphasizes certain aspects of career guidance work in a special educational institution. Section 3 “Corrective and developmental program for ensuring professional socialization of students with special needs in a special educational institution”, provides the methodology and results of the formative stage of the research and offers methodological recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of professional socialization for students with special needs in such institutions.
