UA : Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена розробці технології створення імітаційної моделі логістичних бізнес-процесів підприємства. В роботі досліджено теоретичні аспекти логістичних процесів; проаналізовано інструментальні засоби моделювання логістичних бізнес-процесів підприємства; описано етапи технології̈ створення імітаційної моделі логістичних бізнес-процесів підприємства; виконано практичну реалізацію імітаційної моделі логістичних бізнес-процесів підприємства.EN : The qualification work is devoted to the development of a technology for creating a simulation model of the company's logistics business processes. Theoretical aspects of logistics processes are investigated in the work; instrumental means of modeling the logistics business processes of the enterprise were analyzed; the stages of the technology for creating a simulation model of the logistics business processes of the enterprise are described; the practical implementation of the simulation model of the logistics business processes of the enterprise was carried out.
