Психологічні особливості вибору чоловіками партнерки, старшої за них

Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження: партнерські стосункі в діаді чоловік – жінка. Вибір партнера є одним із ключових аспектів людського життя, що визначає не лише особисті стосунки, але й психологічне благополуччя, соціальну адаптацію та самореалізацію індивіда. У сучасному світі, де традиційні соціальні норми та стереотипи зазнають трансформацій, особливу увагу привертає феномен вибору чоловіками партнерок, старших за віком. Такі стосунки часто викликають дискусії, адже вони кидають виклик усталеним уявленням про вікові ролі в романтичних відносинах. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена зростанням кількості пар із віковими розбіжностями, а також необхідністю подолання упереджень і стереотипів, пов’язаних із такими союзами. Вивчення психологічних особливостей вибору старшої партнерки дозволяє не лише зрозуміти мотивацію чоловіків, але й розкрити глибші аспекти їхніх емоційних потреб, індивідуальних характеристик і соціокультурного контексту. Сучасні соціокультурні зміни, зокрема зростання гендерної рівності, економічної незалежності жінок і трансформація традиційних моделей сім’ї, сприяють формуванню нових підходів до вибору партнера. У багатьох країнах, включаючи Україну, спостерігається тенденція до зростання популярності стосунків, де жінка є старшою за чоловіка. Це явище зумовлене не лише змінами в суспільних нормах, але й психологічними факторами, такими як прагнення чоловіків до стабільності, зрілості та емоційної глибини у стосунках. Водночас такі пари часто стикаються з соціальним тиском, що робить необхідним глибше вивчення психологічних механізмів, які лежать в основі такого вибору. Наукова новизна та теоретичне значення: системно проаналізовано психологічні особливості чоловіків, які обирають старшу партнерку, в українському контексті з акцентом на емоційні та інтелектуальні потреби; поєднано якісний аналіз мотивацій із кількісною оцінкою особистісних рис, стилів прив’язаності та емоційного інтелекту; виявлено зв’язки між відкритістю до досвіду, емоційністю, тривожністю та мотивацією вибору, з урахуванням впливу урбанізації та гендерних норм; уточнено роль емоційних, когнітивних і поведінкових компонентів у формуванні партнерських уподобань; розкрито вплив вікових відмінностей і соціокультурного контексту на динаміку міжособистісних стосунків.EN : The work is presented on 100 pages of printed text, contains 2 figures, 5 tables, 5 appendices. The choice of a partner is one of the key aspects of human life, which determines not only personal relationships, but also the psychological well-being, social adaptation and self-realization of the individual. In the modern world, where traditional social norms and stereotypes are undergoing transformations, the phenomenon of men choosing older partners attracts special attention. Such relationships often cause discussions, as they challenge established ideas about age roles in romantic relationships. The relevance of the study is due to the growing number of couples with age differences, as well as the need to overcome prejudices and stereotypes associated with such unions. Studying the psychological characteristics of choosing an older partner allows not only to understand men's motivations, but also to reveal deeper aspects of their emotional needs, individual characteristics, and sociocultural context. Modern sociocultural changes, in particular the growth of gender equality, women's economic independence, and the transformation of traditional family models, contribute to the formation of new approaches to choosing a partner. In many countries, including Ukraine, there is a tendency towards an increase in the popularity of relationships where the woman is older than the man. This phenomenon is due not only to changes in social norms, but also to psychological factors, such as men's desire for stability, maturity, and emotional depth in relationships. At the same time, such couples often face social pressure, which makes it necessary to study in more depth the psychological mechanisms underlying such a choice. Scientific novelty and theoretical significance: the psychological characteristics of men who choose an older partner in the Ukrainian context are systematically analyzed with an emphasis on emotional and intellectual needs; combined qualitative analysis of motivations with quantitative assessment of personality traits, attachment styles and emotional intelligence; identified links between openness to experience, emotionality, anxiety and motivation for choice, taking into account the influence of urbanization and gender norms; clarified the role of emotional, cognitive and behavioral components in the formation of partner preferences; revealed the influence of age differences and sociocultural context on the dynamics of interpersonal relationships.
