Abstract

UA : Об’єкт дослідження ТОМ «АЛЗА СТРОЙ» та його система управління бізнес-процесами. Предмет дослідження - система адміністрування бізнесу ТОВ «АЛЗА СТРОЙ». Методи дослідження: системний аналіз, синтез, статистичні методи. Метою дослідження є систематизація теоретичних і методичних засад, а також розробка практичних рекомендацій для вдосконалення адміністрування бізнес-процесів підприємств будівельної галузі в умовах невизначеності внутрішнього та зовнішнього середовища. Розглянуто теоретико-методичні основи антикризового управління в умовах невизначеності. Розкрито сутність ризиків та невизначеності в антикризовому управлінні. Досліджено методичний інструментарій прийняття антикризових рішень в умовах невизначеності. З метою проведення діагностики фінансово-економічного стану підприємства ТОВ «АЛЗА СТРОЙ» виконано аналіз показників фінансово- економічної діяльності фірми, а також фінансового менеджменту: фінансової стійкості, ліквідності та платоспроможності підприємства, показників прибутку та рентабельності. Проведено інтегрально-бальне оцінювання фінансового стану щодо фінансового ризику та можливого банкрутства підприємства. За результатами SWOT-аналізу підприємства складено відповідні висновки щодо можливостей та ризиків подальшого розвитку фірми та формування комплексу антикризових заходів. Для удосконалення системи адміністрування ТОВ «АЛЗА СТРОЙ» в умовах невизначеності в роботі запропоновано застосування інструментів ризик-менеджменгу в управлінні підприємством ТОВ «АЛЗА СТРОЙ». Обгрунтовано вибір оптимального рішення (стратегії) на основі аналізу та прогнозування можливих втрат ресурсів кризового підприємства в умовах невизначеності з використанням матричних ігор. The purpose of the study is to systematize theoretical and methodological principles, as well as develop practical recommendations for improving the administration of business processes of construction enterprises in conditions of uncertainty of the internal and external environment. The theoretical and methodological foundations of anti-crisis management in conditions of uncertainty are considered. The essence of risks and uncertainty in anti-crisis management is revealed. The methodological tools for making anti- crisis decisions in conditions of uncertainty are studied. In order to diagnose the financial and economic condition of the LLC ALZA STROY enterprise, an analysis of the indicators of the financial and economic activity of the company, as well as financial management: financial stability, liquidity and solvency of the enterprise, profit and profitability indicators, was performed. An integral-score assessment of the financial condition was carried out in terms of financial risk and possible bankruptcy of the enterprise. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis of the enterprise, appropriate conclusions were drawn regarding the opportunities and risks of further development of the company and the formation of a set of anti-crisis measures. To improve the administration system of LLC ALZA STROY in conditions of uncertainty in the work, the use of risk management tools in the management of LLC ALZA STROY was proposed. The choice of the optimal solution (strategy) was substantiated based on the analysis and forecasting of possible losses of resources of a crisis enterprise in conditions of uncertainty using matrix games. The information base of the study is reporting, statistical information of the enterprise, monographs, textbooks and textbooks, Internet resources, publications in the periodical press.
