Оптимізація ризик-менеджменту в антикризовому управлінні ПАТ «Укрзалізниця» в сучасних умовах

Abstract

Об’єктом дослідження – процес антикризового управління пасажирським комплексом залізничного транспорту Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методологічні засади, методичні підходи та практичні рекомендації щодо формування системи антикризового управління пасажирським комплексом залізничного транспорту. Метою роботи є розроблення теоретико-методологічних засад, методичних підходів і практичних рекомендацій щодо формування системи антикризового управління пасажирським комплексом залізничного транспорту. Завдання: 1) удосконалити технологію організації ощадливого виробництва в діяльності пасажирського комплексу залізничного транспорту;2) розвинути теоретичні основи забезпечення розвитку пасажирських перевезень залізничним транспортом на засадах синергетичної парадигми; 3) сформулювати теоретичні засади стратегічного антикризового управління пасажирським комплексом залізничного транспорту. Методи досліджень: порівняльний аналіз і графічний метод, систематизація та класифікація, системний підхід, моделювання, абстрагування та логічного аналізу. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) розроблено рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності антикризового управління підприємством; 2) розроблено та обґрунтовано антикризову стратегію діяльності підприємства; 3) запропоновано інструменти ризик-менеджменту в управлінні підприємством. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Обґрунтовані в роботі теоретичні висновки, можуть бути використані для розроблення антикризової політики пасажирського комплексу залізничного транспорту.EN : The work is presented on 118 pages of printed text, contains 5 tables, 16 figures, 2 annex. Tasks: 1) to improve the technology of the organization of lean production in the activity of the passenger complex of railway transport; 2) to develop the theoretical foundations of ensuring the development of passenger transportation by rail transport on the basis of the synergistic paradigm; 3) to formulate the theoretical principles of strategic anti-crisis management of the passenger complex of railway transport. Methods of research: comparative analysis and graphical method, systematization and classification, system approach, modeling, abstraction and logical analysis. The results obtained and their novelty: 1) developed recommendations for increasing the efficiency of anti-crisis management of the enterprise; 2) the anti-crisis strategy of the enterprise was developed and substantiated; 3) risk management tools in enterprise management are proposed. The results of the study are can be used for the development of the anti-crisis policy of the passenger complex of railway transport.
