Abstract
EN : The work is presented on 84 pages of printed text, contains 8 tables, 3 figures, 3 appendices. The list of references includes 74 sources. The object of the study is the tolerance to uncertainty of the individual. The relevance of the study of the problem of tolerance to uncertainty and stress resistance of the personnel of commercial organizations in war conditions is due to the modern socio-economic and political challenges faced by the business environment of Ukraine. The military conflict creates constantly changing conditions for the functioning of enterprises, increases risks and unpredictability in making managerial decisions, which directly affects the efficiency of the work of employees and organizations as a whole. In such circumstances, the ability of personnel to adequately respond to uncertain situations, maintain psychological balance and maintain productivity becomes a strategically important factor in the successful functioning of commercial structures. Tolerance for uncertainty is considered in psychology as a stable personality characteristic that determines a person's ability to adequately perceive situations associated with risk, instability and unpredictability, without excessive emotional stress or evasion of responsibility. In the professional sphere, a high level of tolerance for uncertainty allows employees to make decisions more effectively in a rapidly changing environment, adapt to new requirements, and maintain team interaction even under conditions of high stress. In conditions of martial law, these abilities acquire particular importance, since employees face not only economic and organizational challenges, but also a threat to their own safety, which significantly increases psycho-emotional stress. The scientific novelty lies in clarifying the content of the concept of "tolerance for uncertainty" as an internal psychological resource of the personnel of commercial organizations, which determines the ability to function effectively and maintain stress resistance in war conditions. For the first time, the relationship between tolerance for uncertainty and the level of stress resistance of employees has been studied at the empirical level.
