Abstract
EN : The qualification thesis comprises 52 pages, 5 tables, 59 references. The object of the study is the process of technical training of karate athletes aged 10–12 years in the educational and training process of a children’s and youth sports school. The subject of the study is a pedagogical technology for optimizing the technical preparedness of karate athletes aged 10–12 years based on the variability of technical action execution. The purpose of the study is to develop and experimentally substantiate the effectiveness of a pedagogical technology for optimizing the technical preparedness of karate athletes aged 10–12 years based on the principle of variability in the execution of technical actions. The research methods included analysis and synthesis of scientific and methodological literature; pedagogical observation; pedagogical testing of technical preparedness (execution of straight punches with the hands for 30 seconds, which characterized the speed and correctness of technical actions; speed of execution of a basic technical series, which reflected rhythmicity and coordination of movements; accuracy of strikes on a target, which assessed the level of spatial–motor coordination and movement control; execution of a technical combination, which determined the level of formation of complex technical and coordination actions); pedagogical experiment; and methods of mathematical statistics. In the course of the study, a pedagogical technology for optimizing the technical preparedness of karate athletes aged 10–12 years was developed and implemented. This technology was based on the systematic use of variability in the execution of technical actions. The proposed technology involved changes in conditions, tempo, rhythm, and structure of technical exercises, as well as the gradual complication of technical combinations. The results of the pedagogical experiment demonstrated a positive effect of the proposed pedagogical technology on the level of technical preparedness of karate athletes in the experimental group. According to the results of repeated testing, a statistically significant improvement in speed, accuracy, and quality of execution of technical combinations was observed compared to the control group, which trained according to a generally accepted methodology. The obtained results confirm the expediency of using a pedagogical technology focused on the variability of technical action execution in the training system of karate athletes aged 10–12 years and may be used to improve the training process in children’s and youth sports schools.
