Підтримка малих сільськогосподарських підприємств Запорізької області банківською системою в умовах війни

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 107 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 28 таблиць, 22 рисунків, 5 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 70 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження процес банківського кредитування підприємств малого сільськогосподарського бізнесу. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних засад та методичних підходів до банківського кредитування малих підприємств агропромислового комплексу України з метою покращення фінансування малого бізнесу. Метою роботи є подальший розвиток теоретичних положень та удосконалення методичних і практичних рекомендацій щодо оптимізації шляхів банківського фінансування малих сільськогосподарських підприємств Завдання: розкрити сутність поняття «мале сільськогосподарське підприємство»; дослідити особливості кредитування малих сільськогосподарських підприємств в Україні та Запорізькій області до війни та під час війни; сформувати та обґрунтувати практичні рекомендації щодо напрямків вдосконалення банківського фінансування малих сільськогосподарських підприємств в Україні. Методи досліджень: діалектичний метод пізнання, системний, комплексний та структурно-функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз, методи дедукції та індукції, аналізу та синтезу, логічний метод. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) отримав подальший розвиток алгоритм оцінки ризиків 2) виокремлено чинники, які обмежують можливості малих сільгоспвиробників отримувати банківські кредити 3) розроблено напрями стратегії покращення банківського фінансування. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Пропозиції щодо вдосконалення кредитування малих сільгосппідприємств можуть бути використані в його практичній діяльності.EN : The work is presented on 107 pages of printed text, contains 28 tables, 22 figures, 5 annex. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical principles and methodological approaches to bank lending to small enterprises of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine with the aim of improving small business financing. The purpose of the work is the further development of theoretical provisions and improvement of methodical and practical recommendations for optimizing ways of bank financing of small agricultural enterprises Tasks: to reveal the essence of the concept of "small agricultural enterprise"; to investigate the peculiarities of lending to small agricultural enterprises in Ukraine and the Zaporizhzhia region before and during the war; to form and substantiate practical recommendations regarding directions for improving bank financing of small agricultural enterprises in Ukraine. Methods of research: a systematic approach to the study of economic events and processes. During research performance scientific methods of cognition were used: methods of induction and deduction, terminological analysis and comparison, calculation methods, theoretical generalization; cause-effect relationship methods, abstract-logical method and logical method. The results obtained and their novelty: 1) the risk assessment algorithm was further developed 2) the factors that limit the opportunities of small agricultural producers to receive bank loans were identified 3) strategic directions for improving bank financing were developed. The results of the study are proposals for improving crediting of small agricultural enterprises can be used in its practical activities. The practical significance of this work, conclusions, research and proposed methodological recommendations can be used as methodological support and as a means of improving the activity of banks, as consulting and informational materials for managers of small agricultural businesses and bank managers.
