Удосконалення механізму підйому кліщового крану в умовах обтискного цеху ПАТ «Запоріжсталь»

Abstract

UA : В роботі розглянуті конструктивні особливості механізму підйому колодевого кліщового крану ділянки зливкоподачі обтискного цеху обтискного стану Слябінг 1150, запропоновано варіант його удосконалення, визначенні параметри основних складових механізму підйому та виконано необхідні розрахунки, що обґрунтовують запропоноване удосконалення. Наведені основні заходи щодо забезпечення безпечних умов праці персоналу.EN : The paper considers the design features of the lifting mechanism of the log tong crane of the ingot feeding section of the crimping shop of the Slabing 1150 crimping mill, proposes a variant of its improvement, determines the parameters of the main components of the lifting mechanism and performs the necessary calculations that substantiate the proposed improvement. The main measures to ensure safe working conditions for personnel are presented.
