Особливості використання технології Draco для оптимізації графічних даних в контексті Web-розробки

UA : Мета і завдання дослідження полягають у вивченні особливостей вико-ристання технології Draco для стиснення та оптимізації графічних даних у контексті Web-розробки. Основний акцент зроблено на аналізі ефективності алгоритмів стиснення та інтеграцію моделей у веб-застосунки. У ході роботи досліджено принципи роботи технології Draco, включа-ючи її алгоритми кодування та декодування, а також параметри стиснення, такі як квантизація. Особливу увагу приділено аналізу впливу параметрів на швидкість стиснення та декодування моделей, а також їх інтеграцію в веб-застосунки. Для оцінки ефективності Draco було створено бенчмарк. За його допо-могою проаналізовано стиснення великої кількості 3D моделей. Отримані ре-зультати дозволили розробити практичні рекомендації, які допоможуть оп-тимізувати графіку у веб-застосунках. Це призведе до швидшого завантажен-ня моделей, зменшення витрат трафіку та покращення взаємодії користувача з застосунком.EN : The purpose and objectives of the study are to study the features of using Draco technology for compressing and optimizing graphic data in the context of Web development. The main emphasis is on analyzing the efficiency of compression algorithms, their impact on the size of 3D models and the integration of such models into web applications. In the course of the work, the principles of the Draco technology were studied, including its encoding and decoding algorithms, as well as compression parameters, such as quantization. Special attention was paid to the analysis of the impact of parameters on the speed of compression and decoding of models, as well as their integration into web applications. A benchmark was created to evaluate Draco’s performance. It analyzed the compression of a large number of 3D models. The results provided practical recommendations that will help optimize graphics in web applications. This will lead to faster model loading, reduced traffic costs, and improved user interaction with the application.
