Лідерські якості офіцера як умова консолідації військового підрозділу

Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження – професійна діяльність офіцера у системі управління військовим підрозділом. Сучасний етап розвитку українського суспільства характеризується тривалим періодом воєнного протистояння, що суттєво впливає на функціонування сектору безпеки і оборони держави. В умовах воєнного стану підвищуються вимоги до ефективності управління військовими підрозділами, їх організованості, психологічної стійкості та здатності діяти узгоджено в екстремальних ситуаціях. Для Збройні Сили України питання збереження боєздатності підрозділів є не лише військово-професійним, а й соціально-психологічним завданням стратегічного значення. У сучасних бойових умовах особовий склад постійно перебуває під впливом підвищеного психоемоційного навантаження, ризику для життя, невизначеності та інформаційного тиску. За таких обставин ефективність виконання службово-бойових завдань значною мірою залежить від рівня консолідації військового підрозділу — його згуртованості, взаємної підтримки, довіри між військовослужбовцями, спільності цінностей і цілей. Консолідація виступає важливим психологічним ресурсом, що забезпечує стабільність функціонування колективу навіть у критичних умовах. Вирішальна роль у формуванні та підтриманні консолідації підрозділу належить офіцеру як формальному керівнику та неформальному лідеру. Саме через особистісні характеристики, стиль управління, систему цінностей та рівень розвитку лідерських якостей офіцер здійснює вплив на морально-психологічний клімат, рівень довіри та дисциплінованість особового складу. Лідерські якості офіцера — відповідальність, організаторські здібності, здатність до прийняття рішень в умовах ризику, емоційна врівноваженість, емпатійність, справедливість — стають чинниками психологічної інтеграції підрозділу. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у визначенні психологічних особливостей взаємозв’язку лідерських якостей офіцера з рівнем консолідації військового підрозділу в умовах воєнної служби. У роботі уточнено зміст і структуру лідерських якостей офіцера як інтегративного особистісно-професійного утворення, що включає організаторські, комунікативні, мотиваційні та емоційно-вольові компоненти.EN : The work is presented on 97 pages, printed text, 9 tables. The current stage of development of Ukrainian society is characterized by a long period of military confrontation, which significantly affects the functioning of the security and defense sector of the state. In conditions of martial law, the requirements for the effectiveness of management of military units, their organization, psychological stability and the ability to act in a coordinated manner in extreme situations increase. For the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the issue of maintaining the combat readiness of units is not only a military-professional, but also a socio-psychological task of strategic importance. In modern combat conditions, personnel are constantly under the influence of increased psycho-emotional stress, risk to life, uncertainty and information pressure. Under such circumstances, the effectiveness of performing service and combat tasks largely depends on the level of consolidation of the military unit - its cohesion, mutual support, trust between servicemen, common values and goals. Consolidation is an important psychological resource that ensures the stability of the collective's functioning even in critical conditions. The decisive role in forming and maintaining the consolidation of the unit belongs to the officer as a formal leader and informal leader. It is through personal characteristics, management style, value system and level of development of leadership qualities that the officer influences the moral and psychological climate, level of trust and discipline of the personnel. The leadership qualities of an officer - responsibility, organizational skills, ability to make decisions under risk, emotional balance, empathy, justice - become factors of psychological integration of the unit. The scientific novelty of the study lies in determining the psychological features of the relationship between the leadership qualities of an officer and the level of consolidation of the military unit in conditions of military service. The work clarifies the content and structure of the leadership qualities of an officer as an integrative personal and professional formation, which includes organizational, communicative, motivational and emotional-volitional components.
