Актуальність дослідження зумовлена необхідністю вдосконалення управління персоналом з урахуванням психологічних аспектів міжособистісної взаємодії в професійних колективах, особливо таких складних і відповідальних, як фінансові. Вивчення цих особливостей дозволяє виявити чинники, що впливають на ефективність спільної діяльності, а також розробити шляхи покращення мікроклімату в колективі. Наукова новизна: дослідження динаміки особливостей міжособистісних стосунків у колективі фінансового відділу та виявленні специфічних чинників, що впливають на взаємодію працівників.EN : The work is presented on 36 pages of printed text, contains 2 figures, 1 table, 3 appendices. The relevance of the study is due to the need to improve personnel management taking into account the psychological aspects of interpersonal interaction in professional teams, especially such complex and responsible ones as financial ones. The study of these features allows us to identify factors that affect the effectiveness of joint activities, as well as to develop ways to improve the microclimate in the team. Scientific novelty: research into the dynamics of the features of interpersonal relationships in the team of the financial department and the identification of specific factors that affect the interaction of employees.
