У сучасних соціально-економічних умовах, що характеризуються динамічними змінами, нестабільністю та високим рівнем невизначеності, питання формування кар’єрних орієнтацій здобувачів освіти набуває особливої актуальності. Ситуація невизначеності, зумовлена глобальними кризами, технологічними змінами, військовими конфліктами та соціальною нестабільністю, значною мірою впливає на процес професійного самовизначення молоді. Здобувачі освіти опиняються перед необхідністю прийняття важливих рішень щодо майбутньої професійної діяльності в умовах непередбачуваних змін на ринку праці, що посилює психологічну напругу та ускладнює процес побудови кар’єрної траєкторії. Актуальність дослідження обумовлена потребою в розумінні того, як ситуація невизначеності впливає на кар’єрні орієнтації молоді та які чинники можуть сприяти формуванню адаптивних стратегій у процесі професійного самовизначення. Своєчасне вивчення цих аспектів дозволить розробити ефективні рекомендації для освітніх закладів, кар’єрних консультантів та психологів щодо підтримки здобувачів освіти у період нестабільності. Проблематика дослідження полягає у визначенні механізмів впливу невизначеності на мотиваційну, ціннісну та поведінкову складові кар’єрних орієнтацій, а також у пошуку шляхів їх корекції та підтримки. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає у тому, що визначено психологічні механізми впливу ситуації невизначеності на кар’єрні орієнтації здобувачів освіти, а також розроблено психологічні рекомендації для психологів, викладачів та кар’єрних консультантів щодо підтримки здобувачів освіти у процесі прийняття кар’єрних рішень.EN : The work is presented on 82 pages, printed text, 13 tables, 3 figures. In modern socio-economic conditions, characterized by dynamic changes, instability and a high level of uncertainty, the issue of forming career orientations of education seekers is becoming particularly relevant. The situation of uncertainty, caused by global crises, technological changes, military conflicts and social instability, significantly affects the process of professional self-determination of young people. Education seekers find themselves faced with the need to make important decisions regarding their future professional activities in conditions of unpredictable changes in the labor market, which increases psychological stress and complicates the process of building a career trajectory. The relevance of the study is due to the need to understand how the situation of uncertainty affects the career orientations of young people and what factors can contribute to the formation of adaptive strategies in the process of professional self-determination. Timely study of these aspects will allow developing effective recommendations for educational institutions, career counselors and psychologists to support students in a period of instability. The research problem is to determine the mechanisms of the influence of uncertainty on the motivational, value and behavioral components of career orientations, as well as to find ways to correct and support them. The scientific novelty of the results obtained is that the psychological mechanisms of the influence of the situation of uncertainty on the career orientations of students have been identified, and psychological recommendations have been developed for psychologists, teachers and career counselors to support students in the process of making career decisions.
