Соціальна адаптація та інтеграція українських біженців у Республіці Польща

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 47 с., 1 рисунок, 54 джерела. Об’єктом роботи є процес соціальної інтеграції українських біженців у Республіці Польща. Предмет – зміст, форми та методи соціальної інтеграції українських біженців у Республіці Польща. Метою роботи є теоретично обгрунтувати програму соціальної інтеграції українських біженців у Республіці Польща. Теоретико-методологічна основа дослідження сформована із застосуванням методів системного, порівняльного та статистичного аналізу. Загальнотеоретичну базу становлять фундаментальні напрацювання вітчизняних і зарубіжних психологів, соціологів, демографів та культурологів, присвячені дослідженню широкого спектра міграційних проблем. Методи дослідження. Для досягнення мети використано комплекс методів: теоретичні (аналіз, синтез, порівняння, узагальнення наукових джерел, нормативно-правових актів та звітів міжнародних організацій); емпіричні (анкетне опитування за авторською анкетою «Інтеграційний потенціал біженця», N=320, напівструктуровані інтерв’ю з представниками вразливих груп та експертами, N=24); статистичні (частотний аналіз, кореляція за Спірменом, групування даних для визначення рівнів інтеграції). Дослідження проводилося в жовтні 2024 – лютому 2025 року в трьох воєводствах Польщі.EN : The qualification work consists of an introduction, 2 sections, findings, a list of references (54 items). The qualification work volume is 59 pages, 47 of them – main text. The object of the work is the process of social integration of Ukrainian refugees in the Republic of Poland. The subject is the content, forms and methods of social integration of Ukrainian refugees in the Republic of Poland. The purpose of the work is to theoretically substantiate the program of social integration of Ukrainian refugees in the Republic of Poland. The tasks of the qualification work: 1) to determine the essence and content of the concepts of “social adaptation” and “social integration” in scientific research; 2) to consider the regulatory and legal foundations of social adaptation and integration of refugees; 3) to investigate the peculiarities of the functioning of Ukrainian refugees in Poland; 4) to consider the social adaptation and integration of Ukrainian refugees in Polish society; 5) to theoretically substantiate the program of social integration of Ukrainian refugees in Polish society. Research methods. To achieve the goal, a set of methods was used: theoretical (analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization of scientific sources, regulatory legal acts and reports of international organizations); empirical (questionnaire survey using the author's questionnaire “Integration potential of a refugee”, N=320, semi structured interviews with representatives of vulnerable groups and experts, N=24); statistical (frequency analysis, Spearman correlation, data grouping to determine integration levels). The section 1 “Theoretical foundations of social adaptation and integration of Ukrainian refugees in Poland” the essence and content of the concepts of social adaptation and social integration in scientific research are revealed, the regulatory and legal foundations in the social adaptation and integration of refugees are considered, the features of the functioning of Ukrainian refugees in Poland are determined, the social adaptation and integration of Ukrainian refugees in Polish society is studied. The section 2 “Program for social adaptation and integration of Ukrainian refugees in Poland” a study of the problems and barriers to the integration of Ukrainian refugees in Poland was conducted, a program for social adaptation and integration of Ukrainian refugees in Poland was developed. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is formed using the methods of systemic, comparative and statistical analysis. The general theoretical basis is the fundamental developments of domestic and foreign psychologists, sociologists, demographers and cultural scientists, dedicated to the study of a wide range of migration problems.
