Abstract

UA : Об’єкт дослідження: виступає ТОВ «ЗОГ - Рітейл». Предмет дослідження: реорганізація транспортно-логістичної роботи підприємства. Мета роботи – полягає у реорганізації логістичної роботи на ТОВ «ЗОГ - Рітейл» для підвищення ефективності його роботи в умовах обмеженої логістики. Для досягнення поставленої мети необхідно вирішити такі завдання: - розглянути реінжиніринг логістичних бізнес-процесів як ефективний механізм їх реорганізації; - розглянути особливості управління логістичною системою підприємств нафтогазового комплексу; - провести дослідження ринку світлих нафтопродуктів; - провести аналіз організаційно-економічної діяльності підприємства ТОВ «ЗОГ - Рітейл»; - провести оцінку ефективності логістичної системи підприємства ТОВ «ЗОГ - Рітейл»; - розглянути напрямки оптимізації збутової мережі ТОВ «ЗОГ - Рітейл».EN : Object of the study: "ZOG - Retail" LLC acts.
