Abstract
EN : The work is presented on 101 pages of printed text, 5 tables, 5 figures, 5 appendices. The list of references includes 83 sources. The object of the study is dependent relationships as a psychological phenomenon of interpersonal interaction. Dependent relationships are one of the most common and at the same time the least understood forms of interpersonal interaction that affect the psychological state of the individual, his self-perception and vital activity. This form of relationship is especially often observed among women who, for various reasons - social, cultural, family or personal - are prone to the formation of emotional dependence on their partner. The problem of dependent relationships includes a number of internal conflicts, fears, experiences that determine a person's behavior and life decisions. In the modern world, despite the growing level of awareness of psychological boundaries, equality and self-realization, many women remain in emotionally exhausting or toxic relationships, unable to independently break the pathological attachment. Dependence in relationships is often disguised as love, care or devotion, but in essence it destroys the personality, forms feelings of guilt, helplessness, low self-esteem and fear of loneliness. Such relationships eventually lead to psychological exhaustion, anxiety, depressive states, and also disrupt the ability to build healthy partnerships. The problem of dependent relationships in women requires scientific analysis, as it has both sociocultural and deeply personal determinants. Its relevance is due to the increasing number of appeals to psychologists and psychotherapists with requests related to the inability to get out of destructive relationships, the constant need for the approval of a partner, the loss of autonomy and self-identity. Social transformation, economic instability, military events, changing gender roles and growing social tension create conditions in which dependent forms of behavior can intensify. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the development of an author's psychocorrectional program aimed at forming emotional autonomy skills, increasing self-esteem, and developing conscious models of behavior in relationships.
