Об’єкт дослідження – почуття справедливості та уявлення про правосуддя. У сучасному суспільстві питання справедливості та правосуддя набувають особливого значення, оскільки вони впливають на соціальну стабільність, рівень довіри громадян до інституцій та психологічне благополуччя особистості. Відчуття справедливості є важливим елементом моральної свідомості, яке визначає, як люди оцінюють свою взаємодію з іншими, державними інститутами та суспільством загалом. Одночасно, правосуддя виступає гарантом дотримання прав і свобод, що має забезпечувати відчуття безпеки й довіру до правової системи. Однак у реальному житті правові рішення не завжди сприймаються як справедливі, що породжує фрустрацію, соціальне напруження та відчуження громадян від правових інституцій. Дослідження взаємозв'язку між переживанням почуття справедливості та уявленнями про правосуддя є важливим для розуміння того, як психологічні переживання впливають на ставлення до правових інститутів і соціальних норм. В умовах зростання соціальних конфліктів, недовіри до судової влади та громадянських протестів, вивчення цих питань стає актуальним як для психології, так і для права та соціології. Адже суб'єктивні уявлення про справедливість можуть не лише впливати на оцінку судових рішень, але й на поведінкові реакції людей, такі як схильність до протестів або уникання правових механізмів захисту своїх прав. Наукова новизна полягає у здійснені комплексного дослідження, яке поєднує психологічні аспекти переживання почуття справедливості з правовими уявленнями про правосуддя, що дозволяє глибше зрозуміти вплив морально-психологічних факторів на сприйняття правових інститутів. Встановлено, що соціокультурні умови, особистий досвід та рівень правової свідомості є ключовими факторами формування уявлень про правосуддя. At the same time, justice acts as a guarantor of respect for rights and freedoms, which should provide a sense of security and trust in the legal system. However, in real life, legal decisions are not always perceived as fair, which gives rise to frustration, social tension and alienation of citizens from legal institutions. The study of the relationship between the experience of a sense of justice and perceptions of justice is important for understanding how psychological experiences affect attitudes towards legal institutions and social norms. In the context of growing social conflicts, distrust of the judiciary and civil protests, the study of these issues is becoming relevant for both psychology and law and sociology. After all, subjective perceptions of justice can not only influence the assessment of judicial decisions, but also people's behavioral reactions, such as the tendency to protest or avoid legal mechanisms to protect their rights. The scientific novelty lies in the implementation of a comprehensive study that combines the psychological aspects of the experience of a sense of justice with legal perceptions of justice, which allows for a deeper understanding of the influence of moral and psychological factors on the perception of legal institutions. It has been established that socio-cultural conditions, personal experience and the level of legal awareness are key factors in the formation of perceptions of justice. This clarifies existing models of legal behavior of citizens.
