Дослідження технології вакуумування сталей типу ШХ

Abstract

UA : У роботі ставиться завдання дослідити фізико-хімічні особливості процесу вакуумування шарикопідшипникових сталей з метою вдосконалення технології та можливості регулювання процесу. Досліджено використання вакууму при виплавці шарикопідшипникових сталей; запропонована установка для вакуумної обробки рідкої сталі та проведені експерименти по вакуумуванню розкисленого металу в ковші; наведено опис та короткий аналіз нової технології плавки; досліджено якість вакуумованої сталі; встановлено вплив окремих факторів на забрудненість сталі включеннями; розглянуті питання охорони праці та техногенної безпеки.EN : The work sets the task of investigating the physicochemical features of the vacuumization process of ball bearing steels in order to improve the technology and the possibility of regulating the process. The use of vacuum in the smelting of ball bearing steels is investigated; a plant for vacuum processing of liquid steel is proposed and experiments on vacuuming deoxidized metal in a ladle are conducted; a description and brief analysis of the new melting technology are given; the quality of the vacuumized steel is investigated; the influence of individual factors on the contamination of steel with inclusions is established; issues of labor protection and technogenic safety are considered.
