Впровадження антикризового менеджменту в системі фінансово-економічної безпеки підприємства АТ «Південний гірничо-збагачувальний комбінат»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 129 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 28 таблиць, 17 рисунків, 6 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 76 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є організаційно-економічні процеси впровадження антикризового менеджменту в системі фінансово-економічної безпеки підприємства АТ «Південний гірничо-збагачувальний комбінат». Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних засад та прикладних проблем, пов’язаних із організацією процесу впровадження антикризового менеджменту підприємства з метою покращення його фінансового стану. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є аналіз теоретико-методичних та організаційних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності антикризового менеджменту підприємства в системі його фінансово-економічної безпеки. Завдання: 1) визначити сутність антикризового менеджменту підприємства; 2) провести аналіз економічних показників діяльності підприємства; 3) розробити заходи щодо впровадження системи антикризового менеджменту підприємства. Методи досліджень: діалектичний метод пізнання, системний, комплексний та структурно-функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз, методи дедукції та індукції, аналізу та синтезу, логічний метод. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) розроблено рекомендації щодо удосконалення механізму антикризового менеджменту на підприємстві; 2) запропоновано план заходів щодо розвитку антикризового менеджменту; 3) розроблено та обгрунтовано стратегію антикризового управління діяльністю підприємства. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Пропозиції щодо впровадження системи антикризового менеджменту підприємства можуть бути використані в його практичній діяльності.EN : The work is presented on 129 pages of printed text, contains 28 tables, 17 figures, 6 annex. The object of the research is the organizational and economic processes of implementation of anti-crisis management in the system of financial and economic security of JSC «Southern Mining and Processing Plant». The subject of the study is a set of theoretical foundations and applied problems related to the organization of the process of implementing anti-crisis management of the enterprise in order to improve its financial condition. The purpose of the qualification work is the analysis of theoretical-methodical and organizational provisions and development of practical recommendations for increasing the efficiency of the enterprise’s anti-crisis management in the system of its financial and economic security. Tasks: 1) determine the essence of the enterprise’s anti-crisis management; 2) conduct an analysis of the economic indicators of the enterprise; 3) develop measures to implement the enterprise’s anti-crisis management system. Methods of research: a systematic approach to the study of economic events and processes. During research performance scientific methods of cognition were used: methods of induction and deduction, terminological analysis and comparison, calculation methods, theoretical generalization; cause-effect relationship methods, abstract-logical method and logical method. The results obtained and their novelty: 1) recommendations on improving the anti-crisis management mechanism at the enterprise were developed; 2) a plan of measures for the development of anti-crisis management is proposed; 3) the strategy of anti-crisis management of the enterprise's activities was developed and substantiated. The results of the study are aimed at evaluating and improving the mechanism of anti-crisis management of an industrial enterprise JSC «Southern Mining and Processing Plant» and can be implemented in the practice of other industrial enterprises. The results of the research can be used by managers of financial divisions of industrial enterprises to develop tactical and strategic solutions, which will allow optimizing investment activities. Practical significance of the obtained results. Proposals regarding anti-crisis management of the enterprise can be used in its practical activities.
