Технологічні особливості виробництва графітованих електродів

Abstract

UA : Об’єкт дослідження – особливості виробництва графітованих електродів. Предмет дослідження – вуглеграфітові матеріали. Мета роботи – дослідити процеси графітації та особливості виробництва графітованих електродів. В результаті аналізу сучасного стану виробництва графітованої продукції, проведеного на основі вивчених літературних джерел і практичного досвіду дослідницької роботи видно, що у промисловості графітування вуглеграфітової продукції проводять в однофазних електричних печах періодичної дії прямого (печі Кастнера), або непрямого (печі Ачесона) нагріву, що забезпечують рівень температур у виробах 2400-3000 °С. В розділі з охорони праці та техногенної безпеки проведено аналіз умов праці та заходів безпеки у цеху графітації обпалених заготовок. Розглянуті заходи щодо усунення шкідливих та небезпечних факторів. Розрахунок розсіювання газових викидів у атмосфері , показав що концентрації шкідливих речовин на межі санітарно-захисної зони не перевищують гранично допустимих концентрацій.EN : The object of research is the features of the production of graphitized electrodes. The subject of the research is carbon-graphite materials. The purpose of the work is to investigate the processes of graphitization and the features of the production of graphitized electrodes. As a result of the analysis of the current state of the production of graphitized products, carried out on the basis of the studied literary sources and practical experience of the research work, it is clear that in industry, graphitization of carbon-graphite products is carried out in single-phase electric furnaces of periodic action of direct (Kastner furnaces) or indirect (Acheson furnaces) heating, which provide a temperature level in the products of 2400-3000 ° С. In the section on labor protection and technogenic safety, an analysis of working conditions and safety measures in the graphitization shop of fired billets was conducted. Measures to eliminate harmful and dangerous factors were considered. Calculation of the dispersion of gas emissions in the atmosphere showed that the concentrations of harmful substances at the border of the sanitary protection zone do not exceed the maximum permissible concentrations.
