Abstract

UA : В роботі розкрито концептуальні аспекти та особливості управління оборотними активами виробничого підприємства; оцінено стан та ефективність управління оборотними активами виробничого підприємства ПП «Славутич-тара»; визначені і обґрунтовані чинники впливу на формування оборотних активів, тип політики управління та її ефективність на виробничому підприємстві ПП «Славутич-тара»; розроблено напрямки підвищення ефективності управління оборотними активами виробничого підприємства ПП «Славутич-тара»; обґрунтовано необхідність застосування факторингу як інструмента управління дебіторською заборгованістю виробничого підприємства ПП «Славутич-тара».EN : The conceptual aspects and peculiarities of management of working assets of a manufacturing enterprise are revealed in the work; the state and efficiency of management of the current assets of the production enterprise of «Slavutich-tara» PE production company were evaluated; identified and substantiated factors influencing the formation of current assets, the type of management policy and its effectiveness at the manufacturing enterprise of «Slavutich-tara» PE; the directions of increase of efficiency of management of circulating assets of the production enterprise of «Slavutich-tara» PE have been developed; the necessity of using factoring as a tool for managing the receivables of a production enterprise of the «Slavutich-tara» PE enterprise is substantiated.
