Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота магістра ‒ 61 с., 6 табл., 61 джерело. Об’єкт дослідження – зміни функціонального стану урологічної системи осіб із сечокам’яною хворобою після літотрепсії. Предмет дослідження – вплив засобів фізичної терапії в системі комплексної реабілітації осіб із сечокам’яною хворобою після видалення каменів за допомогою літотрипсії. Метою даної роботи – оцінка ефективності застосування засобів фізичної терапії в системі комплексної реабілітації осіб із сечокам’яною хворобою після видалення каменів за допомогою літотрипсії. Методи дослідження – Аналіз науково-методичної літератури. Аналіз історій хвороби осіб із сечокам’яною хворобою. Педагогічне спостереження та педагогічний експеримент. Методи діагностики анатомічної структури та функціонального стану урологічної системи на рівні структури та функцій за МКФ. Метод оцінки якості життя на рівні активності та участі за МКФ. Методи математичної статистики. Проведене дослідження дозволило довести, що застосування засобів фізичної терапії в комплексній реабілітації осіб із сечокам’яною хворобою після проведеної літотрипсії призводить до покращення функціонального стану анатомічної структури та функціонального стану урологічної системи на рівні структури та функцій та підвищити якість життя на рівні активності та участі за МКФ.EN : Master’s qualification work – 61 p., 6 tables, 61 sources. The object of the study is changes in the functional state of the urological system of people with urolithiasis after lithotripsy. The subject of the study is the influence of physical therapy in the system of comprehensive rehabilitation of people with urolithiasis after removal of stones by lithotripsy. The purpose of this work is to assess the effectiveness of the use of physical therapy in the system of comprehensive rehabilitation of people with urolithiasis after removal of stones using lithotripsy. Research methods – Analysis of scientific and methodological literature. Analysis of medical histories of people with urolithiasis. Pedagogical observation and pedagogical experiment. Methods of diagnosing the anatomical structure and functional state of the urological system at the level of structure and functions according to the ICF. Method of assessing the quality of life at the level of activity and participation according to the ICF. Methods of mathematical statistics. The study allowed us to prove that the use of physical therapy in the comprehensive rehabilitation of people with urolithiasis using lithotripsy leads to an improvement in the functional state of the anatomical structure and functional state of the urological system at the level of structure and functions and to increase the quality of life at the level of activity and participation according to the ICF.
