Abstract
EN : This work comprises 68 pages, 4 figures, and 3 tables. A total of 49 information sources were utilized, of which 21 were in foreign languages. Research Object: The dynamics of biological diversity and the state of Ukraine's ecosystems under conditions of extreme anthropogenic pressure. Research Subject: Ecological aspects, methods of remote ecological monitoring, and mechanisms of regulatory and legal provision for biota conservation. Research Methods Applied: General scientific methods; theoretical methods (theoretical analysis, synthesis and systematization of scientific literature, study of literary sources and analysis of available data on ecosystem status); empirical methods (monitoring, analysis of documents and sources). Research Objective: A comprehensive assessment of Ukraine's biodiversity status under military-climatic crisis conditions and justification of conservation mechanisms through adaptation of British instruments. It has been theoretically and practically established that Ukraine's biodiversity is undergoing systematic destruction, wherein loss of genetic and species diversity leads to destabilization of ecosystem functions and loss of natural capital. It is proven that military operations have become one of the principal factors of anthropogenic transformation. It is substantiated that implementation of the British Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) principle is an effective instrument for Ukraine's "green recovery" and its integration into the EU ecological space.
