Трансформація механізмів публічної влади в період незалежності України

Abstract

UA : Метою роботи є: дослідити історичну еволюцію концепції незалежності в Україні; провести уточнення основних понять «незалежність», «держава», «державна політика», «публічне управління»; визначити принципи та методи дослідження трансформації розуміння незалежності країни як складової публічного управління; обгрунтувати роль державної політики у збереженні та зміцненні незалежності; дослідити незалежність і євроінтеграційний вибір: зміну пріоритетів публічного управління; провести дослідження сучасного трактування незалежності в умовах воєнного стану та міжнародної підтримки.EN : The purpose of the thesis is to: examine the historical evolution of the concept of independence in Ukraine; clarify the key concepts of “independence,” “state,” “public policy,” and “public administration”; identify the principles and methods for studying the transformation of the understanding of national independence as a component of public administration; substantiate the role of public policy in preserving and strengthening independence; analyze independence and the European integration choice as a shift in public administration priorities; study contemporary interpretations of independence under martial law and conditions of international support.
