Аналіз стратегій адміністративного управління у компанії ТОВ «Нова Пошта»

Abstract

UA : У магістерській роботі досліджено стратегії адміністративного управління у компанії ТОВ «Нова Пошта». Зважаючи на сучасні виклики, пов’язані з економічною нестабільністю та ризиками для підприємств України, особливо важливим є удосконалення стратегій адміністративного управління, що сприяють стійкості та ефективності діяльності. Мета дослідження полягає в аналізі, оцінці та удосконаленні стратегій, що спрямовані на ефективність бізнес-адміністрування та у розробці рекомендацій для оптимізації адміністративного управління на прикладі лідеру логістичного ринку України. Робота складається з трьох розділів. У першому розділі розглянуто теоретичні основи стратегій адміністративного управління підприємством. Проаналізовано основні поняття, принципи та сутність стратегій адміністративного управління, що є важливим для удосконалення стратегій та забезпечення ефективності їх впровадження. У другому розділі проведено діагностику стратегій адміністративного управління ТОВ «Нова Пошта», включаючи аналіз та оцінку стратегій адміністративного управління. Досліджено зовнішнє середовище підприємства, що дозволило виявити основні виклики та ризики для стабільної роботи підприємства у поточних умовах. У третьому розділі розроблено прогнозну оцінку ефективності впровадження стратегій адміністративного управління ТОВ «Нова Пошта». Зокрема, розробка організаційного, економічного, інформаційного та правового забезпечення впровадження адаптивного механізму реалізації стратегій, а також експериментальне випробування механізму реалізації стратегії на ТОВ «Нова пошта». Ці етапи спрямовані на забезпечення безперервності діяльності підприємства та підвищення його конкурентоспроможності навіть у складних умовах. Результати роботи мають практичну цінність для підприємств, які стикаються з викликами кризових ситуацій і потребують ефективних підходів до управління в умовах невизначеності. Запропоновані у дослідженні стратегії можуть бути використані для підвищення ефективності управління, забезпечення стабільності підприємства та зміцнення його позицій на ринку.EN : In the master's thesis the strategies of administrative management in the company ‘Nova Poshta’ LLC are investigated. Given the current challenges associated with economic instability and risks for Ukrainian enterprises, it is especially important to improve administrative management strategies that promote sustainability and efficiency. The purpose of the study is to analyse, evaluate and improve strategies aimed at the efficiency of business administration and to develop recommendations for optimising administrative management on the example of the leader of the Ukrainian logistics market. The paper consists of three sections. The first section discusses the theoretical foundations of administrative management strategies of an enterprise. The basic concepts, principles and essence of administrative management strategies are analysed, which is important for improving strategies and ensuring the effectiveness of their implementation. In the second section, a diagnostics of administrative management strategies of ‘Nova Poshta’ LLC is carried out, including analysis and evaluation of administrative management strategies. The external environment of the enterprise is studied, which allowed to identify the main challenges and risks for the stable operation of the enterprise in the current conditions. The third section develops a forecast assessment of the effectiveness of implementation of administrative management strategies of ‘Nova Poshta’ LLC. In particular, the development of organisational, economic, informational and legal support for the implementation of an adaptive mechanism for implementing strategies, as well as an experimental test of the strategy implementation mechanism at Nova Poshta LLC. These stages are aimed at ensuring the continuity of the company's operations and increasing its competitiveness even in difficult conditions. The results of the study are of practical value for enterprises that face the challenges of crisis situations and need effective approaches to management in conditions of uncertainty. The strategies proposed in the study can be used to improve management efficiency, ensure the stability of the enterprise and strengthen its position in the market.
