Соціальна підтримка сімей, які опинилися у складних життєвих обставинах в умовах воєнного стану

Abstract

UA : Актуальність теми обумовлена різким зростанням кількості сімей, які опинилися у кризових ситуаціях через воєнні дії: втрату житла, близьких, засобів до існування, соціальних зв’язків. Умови війни створюють нові виклики для соціальної сфери, що вимагають оперативного реагування, адаптації інструментів підтримки та міжвідомчої координації. Метою дослідження є визначення особливостей соціальної підтримки сімей, які опинилися у складних життєвих обставинах під час воєнного стану, та розробка рекомендацій щодо підвищення її ефективності. Об’єкт дослідження – сімʼї, що опинилися у складних життєвих обставинах в умовах війни. Предмет дослідження – соціальні практики, методи та технології надання підтримки зазначеній категорії сімей. Методи дослідження: анкетне опитування, порівняльний аналіз, аналіз нормативно-правових актів та наукових джерел. Гіпотеза дослідження полягає в тому, що скоординована, індивідуалізована та системна соціальна підтримка сприяє підвищенню рівня адаптації та соціальної стабільності сімей, які постраждали внаслідок війни. Практична значущість роботи полягає у можливості застосування розроблених рекомендацій у роботі центрів соціальних служб, органів місцевого самоврядування, закладів освіти, а також у процесі вдосконалення державної політики соціального захисту в умовах надзвичайних ситуацій. Узагальнення: дослідження підтвердило, що ефективна соціальна підтримка сімей у СЖО є запорукою соціальної стабільності, інтеграції та збереження людського потенціалу країни в умовах війни.EN : The relevance of the topic is due to the sharp increase in the number of families who found themselves in crisis situations due to military actions: loss of housing, loved ones, livelihoods, social ties. War conditions create new challenges for the social sphere, requiring a prompt response, adaptation of support tools and interagency coordination. The purpose of the study is to determine the features of social support for families who found themselves in difficult life circumstances during martial law, and to develop recommendations for increasing its effectiveness. The object of the study is families who find themselves in difficult life circumstances in wartime. The subject of the study is social practices, methods and technologies for providing support to the specified category of families. Research methods: questionnaire survey, comparative analysis, analysis of regulatory legal acts and scientific sources. The hypothesis of the study is that coordinated, individualized and systemic social support contributes to an increase in the level of adaptation and social stability of families affected by the war. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of applying the developed recommendations in the work of social service centers, local government bodies, educational institutions, as well as in the process of improving the state policy of social protection in emergency situations. Generalization: the study confirmed that effective social support for families in the SJF is the key to social stability, integration and preservation of the country's human potential in wartime.
