Abstract
EN : The work is presented on 73 pages of printed text, contains 5 tables, 4 appendices. The list of references includes 49 sources. The object of research: the emotional state of the individual. The relevance of the issues we have chosen is extremely tangible, because today we live in an era when events and changes occur at a very fast pace. Modern man is constantly under the pressure of an endless information flow. Due to digitalization and constant access to the Internet, we have gradually blurred the clear boundaries between working time and leisure time. Due to constant "online" professional or educational duties can "catch up" with us outside the office or classroom, forcing our nervous system to maintain a state of constant readiness to respond. In such a rapid rhythm, the perception of time goes beyond the boundaries of a simple physical quantity, turning into a scarce resource. Psychological stress increases when the number of requirements significantly exceeds the available time; a person begins to feel that he "does not have time to live fully", constantly falls behind schedule or does not achieve the desired results. It is this continuous pursuit and the inability to "disconnect" from the work or educational process that are the main sources of modern stress. The situation is complicated by the fact that today's society requires a person to succeed in many areas at once: it is necessary to be a highly qualified specialist, constantly develop himself and at the same time actively maintain social ties. Such multitasking creates a colossal load. When a person tries to comprehend everything at once without a clear plan, his attention is scattered, which is why instead of the desired feeling of control, a feeling of disorder and exhaustion arises. Theoretical significance of the study: deepening scientific ideas about the psychological mechanisms of the relationship between the organization of time and the emotional state of the individual, as well as in the systematization of modern approaches to the study of time management as a component of self-regulation.
