Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: «Управління змінами в діяльності компанії Запорізька ТПП» : 58 сторінок, 12 таблиць, 9 рисунків. Перелік посилань нараховує 40 найменувань. Актуальність теми дослідження полягає в необхідності формування ефективної системи управління змінами в діяльності ЗТПП в умовах нестабільного зовнішнього середовища, воєнного стану, трансформації економіки та зростання вимог до якості бізнес-послуг. Мета дослідження – розроблення теоретико-методичних положень і практичних рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення системи управління змінами в Запорізькій торгово-промисловій палаті. Об'єкт дослідження – процес управління змінами в організації. Предметом дослідження виступають теоретичні, методичні та прикладні аспекти формування та реалізації ефективної системи управління змінами в Запорізькій торгово-промисловій палаті. В роботі здійснено теоретичне узагальнення підходів до управління змінами, розкрито сутність, зміст, види та моделі організаційних змін; проведено комплексний аналіз діяльності Запорізької ТПП, зокрема фінансово-економічного стану; виконано SWOT- та PEST-аналіз організації; досліджено поточний стан управління змінами та виявлено основні проблеми і обмеження. На основі отриманих результатів розроблено модель управління змінами, сформовано план впровадження змін та запропоновано комплекс практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності діяльності організації в умовах кризового середовища.EN : Qualification work: “Change Management in the Activities of the Zaporizhzhia Chamber of Commerce and Industry” : 58 pages, 12 tables, 9 figures. The relevance of the research topic lies in the need to form an effective change management system in the activities of the ZChCI in the conditions of an unstable external environment, martial law, economic transformation and increasing requirements for the quality of business services. The purpose of the research is to develop theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations for improving the change management system in the Zaporizhzhia Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The object of the research is the process of change management in the organization. The subject of the research is the theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of the formation and implementation of an effective change management system in the Zaporizhzhia Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The work provides a theoretical generalization of approaches to change management; a comprehensive analysis of the activities of the ZChCI, in particular the financial and economic state; a SWOT and PEST analysis of the organization is performed; the current state of change management is investigated and the main problems and limitations are identified. Based on the results obtained, a change management model was developed, a change implementation plan was formed, and a set of practical recommendations was proposed to increase the efficiency of the organization's activities in a crisis environment.
