У сучасному світі, де міжособистісна комунікація є важливою складовою професійної та особистої реалізації, становлення соціального інтелекту набуває особливого значення. Дослідження цієї проблематики дозволяє зрозуміти, які психологічні чинники сприяють розвитку соціального інтелекту, що, у свою чергу, допомагає оптимізувати освітні та психокорекційні програми. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає у тому, що визначено провідні психологічні чинники, що впливають на розвиток соціального інтелекту, а також розроблено психологічні рекомендації щодо розвитку соціального інтелекту.EN : The work is presented on 70 pages, printed text, 11 tables, 1 figure. Social intelligence is one of the key characteristics of the individual, which determines the ability of a person to effectively interact with others, to understand their emotions, intentions and motives. In the modern world, where interpersonal communication is an important component of professional and personal realization, the formation of social intelligence acquires special importance. The study of this issue allows us to understand what psychological factors contribute to the development of social intelligence, which, in turn, helps to optimize educational and psychocorrectional programs. The scientific novelty of the results obtained lies in the fact that the leading psychological factors influencing the development of social intelligence have been identified, and psychological recommendations for the development of social intelligence have been developed.
