Аналіз методів підвищення стійкості повзунів кривошипних пресів

Abstract

UA : В роботі проаналізовано основні недоліки методів розрахунку стійкості повзунів і умов визначення силового навантаження. Розраховані основні параметри кривошипних гарячештампувальних ножиць зусиллям 25 МН. Визначені закономірності функціювання окремих вузлів пресу. Проведені експериментальні дослідження умов силового навантаження повзуна підтвердили правомірність теоретичних викладок.EN : The paper analyzes the main shortcomings of the methods of calculating the stability of sliders and the conditions for determining the force load. The main parameters of crank hot-stamping shears with a force of 25 MN were calculated. The regularities of the functioning of individual units of the press have been determined. The conducted experimental studies of the conditions of the force load of the slider confirmed the validity of the theoretical statements.
