Abstract

UA : В роботі розкрито теоретичні аспекти та особливості управління фінансовим станом суб’єкта малого бізнесу; досліджено сучасний стан, проблеми та перспективи розвитку суб’єктів малого бізнесу України в сучасних умовах господарювання; продіагностовано фінансовий стан суб’єкта малого бізнесу ТОВ «Укрторгтара» в умовах нестабільного зовнішнього середовища функціонування; запропоновано напрямки управління діловою активністю як ефективний інструмент покращення фінансового стану суб’єкта малого бізнесу ТОВ «Укрторгтара»; удосконалено маркетингову стратегію ТОВ «Укрторгтара» як головного чинника підвищення дохідності суб’єкта малого бізнесу; розроблено фінансову стратегію суб’єкта малого бізнесу ТОВ «Укрторгтара» як механізм забезпечення ефективності діяльності в умовах нестабільного зовнішнього середовища функціонування.EN : The theoretical aspects and peculiarities of managing the financial condition of a small business entity are revealed in the work; the current state, problems and prospects of development of small business entities of Ukraine in modern economic conditions are investigated; the financial condition of the small business entity of Ukrtorgtar LLC in the conditions of unstable external environment was diagnosed; the directions of business activity management have been proposed as an effective tool for improving the financial condition of a small business entity of Ukrtorgtar LLC; the marketing strategy of Ukrtorgtar LLC as a major factor in raising the profitability of a small business entity has been improved; the financial strategy of the small business entity of Ukrtorgtar LLC as a mechanism of ensuring the efficiency of activity in the conditions of unstable external environment were developed.
