Проєкт будiвництва 4-х поверхового житлового будинку в м. Запорiжжя

Abstract

UA : У проекті представлені такі основні розділи: архітектурно-будівельний, розрахунково-конструктивний, технологія зведення будівель, організація будівельного виробництва, економіка будівництва, охорона праці. В архітектурній частині було визначено об’ємно-планувальне рішення будівлі, виконано теплотехнічний розрахунок стіни та покриття. У конструктивній частині виконано розрахунок збірного залізобетонного марша СМ 28-12п. У організаційно технологічної частини була розроблена технологічна карта на зведення поверху цегляної будівлі, для цього було розроблено калькуляцію трудових витрат, схему виконання та графік робіт. У розділі організація будівельного виробництва розраховано сітьовий графік для визначення тривалості будівельних робіт, розроблено майданчик під будівництво технічної станції по обслуговуванню вантажних автомобілів з розташуванням складів і тимчасових будівель. В розділі економіка будівництва виконано розрахунок кошторисної вартості будівництва у вигляді локального кошторису на загальнобудівельні роботи.
