Abstract

UA : присвячена комплексному аналізу теоретико-методологічних засад цифровізації адміністративного менеджменту на промислових підприємствах. У роботі розглянуто концептуальні підходи до впровадження цифрових технологій в систему управління, визначено їх роль у підвищенні ефективності адміністративних процесів та забезпеченні сталого розвитку підприємств. Особливу увагу приділено діагностиці сучасних проблем впровадження цифрових інструментів в адміністративну діяльність промислових підприємств, зокрема організаційним, технологічним та кадровим бар’єрам цифрової трансформації. Проаналізовано вплив рівня цифровізації на ефективність управлінських рішень, прозорість адміністративних процесів та здатність підприємств адаптуватися до умов динамічного зовнішнього середовища. У роботі також обґрунтовано напрями удосконалення цифрових технологій та інструментів адміністративної діяльності, спрямовані на підвищення інноваційності управління, оптимізацію бізнес-процесів та інтеграцію принципів сталого розвитку в діяльність промислових підприємств. The study analyzes the impact of the level of digitalization on the effectiveness of management decisions, the transparency of administrative processes, and the ability of enterprises to adapt to the conditions of a dynamic external environment. The paper also substantiates directions for improving digital technologies and tools for administrative activities, aimed at enhancing the innovativeness of management, optimizing business processes, and integrating the principles of sustainable development into the operations of industrial enterprises. The proposed approaches allow for increasing the effectiveness of administrative management in the context of the digital economy and contribute to the formation of sustainable competitive advantages for enterprises.
