Профілактика посттравматичного розладу підлітків в умовах війни засобами соціально культурної діяльності

Abstract

UA : Мета дослідження полягає у теоретичному обгрунтуванні методів роботи соціального педагога з підлітками щодо профілактики розвитку посттравматичного стресового розладу засобами соціокультурної діяльності та розробці практичних рекомендацій до впровадження у практичній діяльності. Об’єкт дослідження: емоційний стан підлітків в умовах війни. Предмет дослідження: технології соціокультурної діяльності з профілактики ПТСР у підлітків під час війни. У рамках нашого дослідження було застосовано такі методи дослідження: - теоретичні: аналіз та систематизація, класифікація та конкретизація літератури, узагальнення та порівняння теоретичних та експериментальних даних формування висновків. - емпіричні: спостереження, експеримент. Практичне значення даного емпіричного дослідження полягає в тому, що його матеріали можуть бути використані соціальними педагогами, психологами, керівниками студій та центрів естетичного розвитку в організації корекційно-розвивальної діяльності, у роботі з ПТСР з категорією дітей підліткового віку.. Галузь використання: заклади освіти.EN : Manifestations of post-traumatic stress disorder in Ukrainian teenagers cause increasing concern and require observation, research and development of preventive methods in psychological and pedagogical practice, precisely because of the spread of this phenomenon in the youth environment due to large-scale military operations on the territory of our country. The majority of citizens aged 12-18 who became participants in extraordinary events: bombings, shelling, death of close relatives and friends, even visual contact with the Russian invaders, are victims, and symptoms of PTSD are observed in 85% of cases. The purpose of the study is the theoretical justification of the methods of social pedagogue work with teenagers regarding the prevention of the development of post-traumatic stress disorder by means of socio-cultural activities and the development of practical recommendations for implementation in practical activities. The research tasks: 1) consider the psychological and physiological features of adolescence in the context of traumatic experiences; 2) to analyze the peculiarities of the emotional state and manifestations of post-traumatic stress disorder in adolescence in the conditions of war events; 3) to determine the essence of the socio-cultural activity of a social pedagogue with teenagers in the conditions of war; 4) identify the main areas of work of a social pedagogue in the prevention of post-traumatic stress disorder in adolescents; 5) develop recommendations for the prevention and prevention of the development of post-traumatic stress disorder in adolescents.

The object of the study: the emotional state of teenagers in the conditions of war. The subject of the research: technologies of socio-cultural activities for the prevention of PTSD in teenagers during the war. Part 1 “Theoretical aspects of post-traumatic stress disorder in adolescents” psychological and physiological features of adolescence in the context of traumatic experiences are considered; the peculiarities of the emotional state and manifestations of post-traumatic stress disorder in adolescence in the conditions of war events are determined. Part 2 “Social and cultural activity as a means of preventing post-traumatic stress disorder in adolescents” the essence of social and cultural activity of a social pedagogue with teenagers in war conditions is revealed; the main directions of the work of a social pedagogue on the prevention of post-traumatic stress disorder in adolescents are highlighted; recommendations on the prevention and prevention of the development of post-traumatic stress disorder in adolescents have been drawn up. The practical significance of this empirical study is that its materials can be used by social pedagogues, psychologists, heads of studios and centers of aesthetic development in the organization of correctional and developmental activities, in work with PTSD with the category of adolescent children.
