Моделювання тенденцій розвитку ринку праці в умовах цифрової трансформації

Abstract

UA : У роботі проаналізовано основні тенденції та структурні зміни на ринку праці під впливом цифровізації та штучного інтелекту. Визначено ключові напрями трансформації зайнятості, зокрема зростання попиту на цифрові навички, поширення гнучких форм зайнятості, автоматизацію трудових процесів та зміну професійної структури працівників. Виявлено та систематизовано ключові фактори впливу цифровізації на зайнятість і професійну структуру робочої сили. Обґрунтовано роль технологічних, економічних та інституційних факторів у формуванні нових вимог до кваліфікації працівників і посиленні структурних зрушень на ринку праці. Здійснено огляд теоретико-методологічних підходів до моделювання розвитку ринку праці. Розроблено методичний підхід до моделювання процесів трансформації ринку праці в умовах цифрової економіки. Запропонований підхід базується на системі показників, що відображають вплив цифрових технологій і штучного інтелекту на зайнятість та професійну структуру, і може бути використаний для аналітичних і прогнозних досліджень.EN : The master's work analyzes the main trends and structural changes in the labor market under the influence of digitalization and artificial intelligence. The key directions of employment transformation are identified, including the growing demand for digital skills, the spread of flexible forms of employment, the automation of work processes, and changes in the occupational structure of the workforce. The key factors of the impact of digitalization on employment and the occupational structure of the labor force are identified and systematized. The role of technological, economic, and institutional factors in shaping new qualification requirements for workers and intensifying structural shifts in the labor market is substantiated. A review of theoretical and methodological approaches to modeling labor market development is conducted. A methodological approach to modeling the processes of labor market transformation in the digital economy is developed. The proposed approach is based on a system of indicators reflecting the impact of digital technologies and artificial intelligence on employment and the occupational structure, and it can be used for analytical and forecasting studies.
