Соціальна робота з безробітними, зареєстрованими у центрах зайнятості

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 81 с., 3 таблиці, 6 рисунків, 65 джерел, 4 додатки. Об'єкт дослідження: діяльність фахівців центрів зайнятості з зареєстрованими безробітними. Предмет дослідження: процес організації навчання зареєстрованих безробітних. Мета дослідження: теоретично проаналізувати, обґрунтувати та перевірити стан процесу організації навчання зареєстрованих безробітних в центрах зайнятості. Методи дослідження: теоретичні: аналіз наукових джерел з метою виявлення проблем соціальної роботи з безробітними громадянами, порівняння та зіставлення різних поглядів на досліджувану проблему; узагальнення теоретичних підходів із метою визначення категоріального апарату дослідження; емпіричні: бесіди, включене спостереження, опитування; методи математичної статистики для кількісного та якісного аналізу емпіричних даних. Теоретичне значення роботи полягає у здійснені теоретичного аналізу понять, які утворюють підґрунтя розуміння соціальної роботи з зареєстрованими безробітними в центрах зайнятості: «соціальна робота», «соціальна робота в сфері зайнятості», «соціальне співробітництво», «соціально-педагогічний підхід». Практичне значення роботи полягає в розробці тренінгової програми на тему «Сучасний кар’єрний радник». Галузь використання: заклади вищої освіти, заклади та установи позашкільної освіти, центри зайнятості.EN : The qualification work consists of an introduction, 2 sections, findings, a list of references (65 items), 4 appendixes on 7 pages. The qualification work volume is 81 pages, 60of them – main text. There are 3 tables and 6 illustrations. Object of the study: activities of specialists of employment centres with registered unemployed. The subject of the study: the process of organising training for the registered unemployed. Purpose of the study: to theoretically analyse, substantiate and verify the state of the process of organising training for registered unemployed in employment centres. The tasks of the qualification work: 1) theoretically analyze the content of the activities of employment center specialists with the registered unemployed; 2) determine and substantiate the specifics of social cooperation of enterprises, organizations and institutions with employment centers; 3) investigate the state of the organization of training of the registered unemployed; 4) develop a training program for employment center specialists. Research methods: theoretical: analysis of scientific sources in order to identify problems of social work with unemployed citizens, comparison and contrast of different views on the problem under study; generalisation of theoretical approaches in order to determine the categorical apparatus of the study; empirical: interviews, participant observation, surveys; methods of mathematical statistics for quantitative and qualitative analysis of empirical data. The theoretical significance of the work is to carry out a theoretical analysis of the concepts that form the basis for understanding social work with registered unemployed in employment centres: «social work», «social work in the field of employment», «social cooperation», «social and pedagogical approach». The practical significance of the work lies in the development of a training programme on the topic «Modern Career Counsellor». Field of application: higher education institutions, out-of-school education institutions, employment centres.
