Порівняльний аналіз мовних особливостей створення образу жіночності в романі Ш. Бронте «Джейн Ейр» та його екранізації (2006 р.)

Abstract

UA : Дипломна робота – 76 стор., 57 джерел. Об’єкт дослідження: образ жіночності в романі Ш. Бронте «Джейн Ейр» і екранізації 2006 р. Мета роботи: здійснити порівняльний аналіз мовних особливостей стоврення образу жіночності в романі Ш. Бронте «Джейн Ейр» і екранізації 2006 р. Теоретико-методологічні засади: дослідження базується на положеннях сучасної лінгвістики, гендерних і стилістичних студій, зокрема працях М. Кочергана, О. Селіванової, Н. Бабич, Р. Лакофф, Дж. Коутс, Ю. Арешенкова, С. Губар, С. Гілберт та інших. У роботі застосовано описовий, компонентний методи, метод лінгвістичного спостереження та порівняльного аналізу, що дало змогу виявити специфіку мовних засобів репрезентації жіночності в художньому тексті та його екранізації . Отримані результати: у результаті дослідження встановлено, що образ жіночності в романі Ш. Бронте формується переважно за допомогою лексичних, синтаксичних і стилістичних мовних засобів. В екранізації 2006 року ці мовні особливості зазнають трансформації: частина вербальних характеристик частково компенсується просодичними та невербальними засобами. Виявлено спільні риси у репрезентації жіночності (емоційна насиченість, інтелектуальна самостійність, чуттєвість), а також відмінності, зумовлені специфікою художнього тексту та аудіовізуального медіуму. Доведено, що мова відіграє провідну роль у формуванні образу жіночності, який зазнає змін під впливом культури та історичного контексту.EN : The present paper is devoted to a comparative analysis of the linguistic features involved in the creation of the image of femininity in Charlotte Brontë’s novel Jane Eyre and its screen adaptation released in 2006. The object of the research is the image of femininity as represented in the literary text and its audiovisual adaptation. The main aim of the study is to carry out a comparative analysis of the linguistic features used to construct the image of femininity in the novel Jane Eyre by Charlotte Brontë and its 2006 screen adaptation. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research includes the fundamental principles of modern linguistics, stylistics, and gender studies, presented in the works of M. Kocherhan, O. Selivanova, N. Babych, R. Lakoff, J. Coates, F. de Saussure, and others. The research employs descriptive, componential, comparative methods, as well as linguistic observation, which allows the identification of both common and distinctive features in the verbal representation of femininity across different media. The findings of the research demonstrate that in Charlotte Brontë’s novel the image of femininity is primarily constructed through lexical, syntactic, and stylistic linguistic means. In the film adaptation, a number of these verbal means undergo transformation and are partially compensated by prosodic and non-verbal elements. Both common and distinctive features of the linguistic representation of femininity are identified, which are defined by the specific nature of the literary and audiovisual media. The study confirms that language plays a leading role in shaping the image of femininity, which changes under the influence of cultural and historical context.
