Удосконалення технології дресирування низьковуглецевих сталей

Abstract

UA : Об'єкт розробки - процес змотування-розмотування холоднокатаних штаб до і після відпалу та розробка заходів щодо усунення дефекту злому при дресировці. Мета роботи – удосконалення технології дресирування холоднокатаних штаб із конструкційних низьковуглецевих сталей та розробка процесів регулювання і керування величиною відносного обтиску метала. Результати роботи можуть бути використані на дресировочному стані для покращення якості готової продукції.EN : The object of development is the process of coiling and uncoiling cold-rolled strips before and after annealing and the development of measures to eliminate fracture defects during skin-pass rolling. The aim of the work is to improve the technology of skin-pass rolling for cold-rolled strips made of structural low-carbon steels and to develop processes for regulating and controlling the relative metal reduction. The results of the work can be used on the skin-pass mill to improve the quality of the final product.
