Психологічні детермінанти домашнього насильства над жінками

Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження – домашнє насильство над жінками як соціально-психологічне явище. Домашнє насильство над жінками є гострою соціальною та психологічною проблемою сучасного суспільства. Вона зачіпає тисячі жінок у всьому світі, зокрема і в Україні. Незважаючи на зміни в законодавстві, активну діяльність правозахисних організацій і зростання суспільної обізнаності, проблема залишається актуальною. Потерпілі від насильства жінки нерідко стикаються з осудом і стигматизацією замість підтримки. Це ускладнює процес виходу з насильницьких стосунків та отримання необхідної допомоги, а також сприяє продовженню насилля і ускладнює боротьбу з цим явищем. Домашнє насильство може бути не лише фізичним, але й психологічним, економічним та сексуальним, і може тривати роками. Такий вплив може мати довготривалі наслідки для психічного здоров’я жінки. Важливим аспектом дослідження є аналіз психологічних детермінантів, які сприяють потраплянню жінок у подібні стосунки та ускладнюють їх розрив. Дослідження цих механізмів сприятиме розробці ефективних підходів до психологічної допомоги та профілактики домашнього насильства. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у всебічному аналізі психологічних детермінант домашнього насильства над жінками з урахуванням дитячого досвіду насильства, самооцінки та толерантності до насильства у партнерських стосунках. Робота поєднує кількісні та якісні методи, зокрема використання проективної методики Сакса–Леві, що дозволило глибше вивчити емоційні установки та внутрішні конфлікти жінок, які пережили насильство. Особливістю дослідження є проведення кореляційного аналізу взаємозв’язків між шкалами CTQ, ACE та IPVAS, що вказує на новизну в контексті пошуку причинної обумовленості віктимної поведінки.EN : The work is presented on 68 pages of printed text, contains 8 figures, 4 appendices. The list of references includes 28 sources. The object of the study is domestic violence against women as a socio-psychological phenomenon. Domestic violence against women is an acute social and psychological problem of modern society. It affects thousands of women all over the world, including in Ukraine. Despite changes in legislation, the active activities of human rights organizations and the growth of public awareness, the problem remains relevant. Women victims of violence often face condemnation and stigmatization instead of support. This complicates the process of leaving violent relationships and receiving the necessary help, and also contributes to the continuation of violence and complicates the fight against this phenomenon. Domestic violence can be not only physical, but also psychological, economic and sexual, and can last for years. Such an impact can have long-term consequences for a woman’s mental health. An important aspect of the study is the analysis of psychological determinants that contribute to women getting into such relationships and making it difficult to break them. The study of these mechanisms will contribute to the development of effective approaches to psychological assistance and prevention of domestic violence. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the comprehensive analysis of psychological determinants of domestic violence against women, taking into account childhood experiences of violence, self-esteem and tolerance for violence in partner relationships. The work combines quantitative and qualitative methods, in particular the use of the projective Sachs-Levy method, which allowed for a deeper study of the emotional attitudes and internal conflicts of women who have experienced violence. A feature of the study is the correlation analysis of the relationships between the CTQ, ACE and IPVAS scales, which indicates novelty in the context of searching for the causality of victim behavior.
