Abstract
EN : The work is presented on 66 pages, printed text, 12 tables, 1 figure, 5 appendices. The list of references includes 61 sources. The object of the study is the process of psychological adaptation. The problem of psychological adaptation of military personnel to combat conditions in modern conditions is gaining particular relevance. This is due to the fact that the number of persons performing official duties in the combat zone is increasing, as well as the intensity and duration of armed conflicts. Participation in combat operations is an extremely powerful stress factor that has a significant impact on the psyche of military personnel. The issue of maintaining psychological health, combat readiness and effectiveness of actions in combat conditions is becoming a priority for both science and practice of military psychology. Being in conditions of armed confrontation is accompanied by the impact of extreme situations that cause strong psycho-traumatic experiences. This inevitably affects the adaptation processes and requires special approaches to psychological support. An important role in this process is played by motivational factors that determine the level of resilience of servicemen, their ability to overcome difficulties and effectively perform tasks. Scientific significance: for the first time in the conditions of a full-scale war, the relationship between the dominance of internal and external motivation and the level of psychological adaptation of servicemen to combat conditions has been empirically investigated.
