Система освіти Швейцарії в умовах полілінгвістичного суспільства

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота складається з 74 сторінок, містить 28 джерела, 24 монографій та статей. Категорії та поняття: білінгвізм, полікультурна освіта, міжнародне співробітництво, культурний обмін, Болонський процес, система освіти. Об’єкт дослідження: внутрішня політика Швейцарії. Предмет дослідження: вивчення принципів, форм і методів організації навчального процесу в Швейцарії в умовах полікультурного суспільства. Мета роботи: здійснити комплексний аналіз полікультурних засад освітньої політики та організації навчального процесу у Швейцарії. Новизна роботи полягає у дослідженні та визначені того, як різномовність впливає на навчання та освітню політику в країні, включаючи аналіз підходів до вивчення кількох мов, вплив політичних та економічних факторів на систему освіти в полілінгвістичному контексті. Теоретичне значення магістерської роботи полягає в уточнені тенденцій у сфері освіти і проведенні порівняльного аналізу з іншими країнами для виявлення спільних або відмінних точок. Здійснено аналіз полікультурних засад організації навчального процесу в Швейцарії з урахуванням багатомовного середовища. Також охарактеризовано полікультурні засади організації навчального процесу у ВНЗ країни, що є важливим для освітніх змін в Україні.

The development of the Swiss education system is of great relevance in a multicultural world. Switzerland is characterized by a great diversity of cultures, languages, traditions and nationalities, as it is a multicultural education. The development of education in a multilingual environment requires special approaches to multicultural education. With the awareness of the relevance of inclusive education, studying the development of the education system in Switzerland provides unique insights into how a country with a wide variety of languages and cultures provides access to education for all groups of people. In a globalized world where international exchange of knowledge and labor is becoming more important, knowledge of educational practices and standards in Switzerland can be valuable for other countries seeking to strengthen their position in the international labor market. The object of research is Swiss internal policy. The subject of the study is the study of the principles, forms and methods of organizing the educational process in Switzerland in a multicultural society. The purpose of the study is to carry out a comprehensive analysis of the multicultural foundations of educational policy and organization of the educational process in Switzerland. To achieve this goal, the following tasks need to be addressed: 1) to analyze scientific developments and the state of the research source base; 2) to identify the specifics of preschool and school education; 3) to study multilingualism in higher education as a basis for multicultural education; 4) to analyze the peculiarities of inclusive education and the development of inclusive teacher competence; 5) to consider the participation of Switzerland in international exchange programs as a factor of multiculturalism of the educational process; 6) to characterize the impact of the Bologna Process on the formation of multiculturalism in higher education. The chronological boundaries of the study are the period of education development in the country from the late 20th century to the early 21st century. The lower boundary of the study is determined by the formation of the modern Swiss education system. The upper limit is the current state, as it reflects the latest trends and reforms in Swiss education. Sometimes we can go beyond the established chronological boundaries to consider specific periods or some important stages of education development in this country. The geographical scope of the study is the territory of modern Switzerland and the state border with neighboring countries. The scientific novelty lies in the study and determination of how multilingualism affects education and educational policy in the country, including the analysis of approaches to learning multiple languages, the impact of political and economic factors on the education system in a multilingual context. The theoretical significance of the master's thesis is to clarify trends in education and to conduct a comparative analysis with other countries to identify common or different points. The author analyzes the multicultural principles of the educational process in Switzerland, taking into account the multilingual environment. The author also characterizes the multicultural principles of organizing the educational process in the country's universities, which is important for educational changes in Ukraine. The practical significance is that Switzerland's experience can serve as an example for other countries in improving the quality of education, creating favorable conditions for international exchange and cooperation, and introducing educational innovations. The materials can be used to implement the principles of multicultural education in Ukrainian higher education institutions.
